Climate Pro has been a great vendor partner for over 10 years and I have used them exclusively in my role as a Commercial Property Manager. I finally got to try them personally and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and result!

Hugo did a fine job on the installation, starting with shoe covers and ending with clean-up. He cleaned up four sets of windows and installed th film in less than 2 hours. I was able to work the estimator on product choices and dimensions.

I have been telling all my clients and friends about the excellent experience I had working with ClimatePro to install darkening film on the windows in my fitness studio. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. They deserve a five-star rating!

I could not be more pleased with (1) the perfect film installation on ten large windows, (2) the way the job was evaluated and priced, (3) the flexibility of rescheduling several times, (4) the way the installers worked around large pieces of furniture that I couldn't move, and (5) the way we now keep looking at our view, which was obscured by old film. But most of all, it was a pleasure to work with Isaiah and Alex, who not only did a perfect job as I mentioned, but were so personable that we hated to see them leave. They said they were no more personable than the other members of the ClimatePro team. After many years of living in my apartment, this is only the second time that I have considered work done here to be of such quality, or enjoyed the experience so much, that I wanted to write a review.

Initially, the scheduling was set for 4 weeks out, but luckily, a slot opened up just 1 week after we signed the quote. The two installers seamlessly worked around the rest of the remodel, completing their work in just 3 hours. They left no mess behind and were polite and pleasant throughout the entire time. Our only comment would be that no other vendors responded for comparison, so ClimatePro may be the only choice. Nevertheless, we highly recommend their services.

A very good experience from my first contact with ClimatePro, through the estimate process, installation and invoicing. The estimator, administrative staff, and installer were all very responsive to all questions. The installer was on time, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

The work performed was truly professional, with 3M film on all my windows and patio doors. It appears seem less and the effect of cutting down UV and Sunlight was felt immediately. The place is that much cooler and see will be saving me bunch of energy come summer. The two installers arrived on time and finished earlier than projected. They left the place impicable, you would t know it until you step out and look in.

The four installers who came were WONDERFUL: Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful. They arrived with masks and shoe covers on, and agreed to wear the N95 masks I gave them without hesitation. They worked diligently and the windows look great! They even agreed to put a leftover piece of the 3M product on my cats’ patio door. They were delightful. I later discovered a problem related to cleanup. I emailed customer service and their GM responded right away and had a team out the very next day to make sure everything was perfect. Why can’t every company be this good?

Estimator gave us realistic expectations of security film, what it will do and what it won't do. Will slow someone down, would take great effort to get through the window. Told me and my mother, this will make windows respond like a windshield if it is hit hard enough because of an attempt to enter. Material is also strong due to crossing fibers (not visible). This is a very strong deterrent. Workers were completed early on previous job, called me and I met them at my mothers house. This is where the job was performed. Problem with break ins near her neighborhood. This was done as a part of preventative measures. Workers were professional. One measured, cut material, other installed. When completed with cutting, that worker assisted the other in completing the job. They respected my mothers things. Very careful as they walked through the house. Asked her if she needed her couch and tables put back where they were originally. She said yes and they did it. I appreciated the professionalism, courtesy and respectfulness they displayed. They work well in a residential setting. All of us sleep better now.

Great job! Estimator very professional and explained everything in detail. Installation went very smooth and efficient. Tinting works very well and we are very satisfied.

Very efficient and through job. He arrived exactly on time. He removed the old film from windows and put on new film, outside windows of 11 panes and one inside pane. He was very meticulous and did an excellent job. It was obvious when correcting for a problem that he had a lot of experience and knowledge. The window washer who came a week later commented on how good a job the film installer had done.
