"We had the exterior of our North Park Bungalow power washed, clear wood preservative applied and the trim painted. They also power washed and treated our wood deck. They refreshed the wood cabinets in the kitchen and repaired a problem with our unique wood kitchen counter. They also did painting in our bedroom necessitated when we had work done on our ceiling fan. We were extremely happy with the project. They gave a timely quote and communication with us was good. They started on time and finished in 2.5 days plus a half day in doing the power washing a few days before they started the work. Unlike other painters we have used in the past they had enough staff to get the work done very quickly which greatly minimized any disruption. The finished work looks very good. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them for anyone with an craftsman home. All of the staff were very professional and friendly and considerate. The price was comparable to the painter we had used previously (who is no longer available) and significantly less than the estimate we received from a much larger company. We also liked their consideration in picking a color for the trim work that was an improvement over the previous color.show more

"I interviewed and received estimates from 3 different companies who all had great Yelp reviews but I &nbsp;knew I wanted to work with Joseph from our first meeting. He was the only one I talked to who viewed my job as something to be approached with as much consideration as any larger job. We talked about his approach, his ideas and what my husband and I wanted. All the companies we talked to suggested we stucco our front support columns to match the new wall but only Joseph took time to explain why and suggested we add a crown to the top. &nbsp;Joseph was back to me within 4 days with not only a quote but a full idea as to how he would approach the work, broken down like a menu so my husband and I could consider the costs and pick the work we wanted done. I am SO glad I didn't go with the first guy who got back to me with an estimate. Joseph and his team have been great all along.&nbsp; <br /> 1. They got the job done in 3 DAYS without me pushing them to do so. I had made a request for just the repair of the fascia prior to Thanksgiving because I was having family over. But he wound up getting the entire job done that week!! The fascia was previously hard to look at, honestly. We'd just had it repainted the previous year by a professional and it was already peeling. Joseph had to strip the new paint, plus multiple other layers, and some of the wood to get it to a state where it would hold the paint and look good. <br /> 2. They were amazingly detailed about covering my concrete, woodwork, plants and even the soil around their work area. They VACUUMED their work area every night and cleaned up entirely. <br /> We have a greyhound and typically keep our gates locked so we don't have any escapes and Joseph and crew were very good about asking us first if they could use the gates and even erecting a barrier to ensure the dog couldn't get out while they were using the gate. <br /> 4. Don't tell my husband but I bought these guys a pizza one day while they were working because I was SO HAPPY with the way they did business, the way they treated me, their professionalism and the work they did. <br /> As I mentioned in the beginning, this was supposed to just be a replacement for the ugly old siding but when they were done I was amazed at how improved the house looked as a whole.
