The whole process was seamless. I was expecting a high bid due to high demand in the area but the bid was fair and the work was done so fast! I couldn’t recommend more! I’m already figuring out the next job I can hire them for.

Marty and his crew did a great job. I was expecting them to install my fence within a week's time, but they came about half a week early and installed the fence in record time. The fence looks great and I couldn't be happier. Marty is a great person to work with.

Joey is the most amazing contractor that I have ever dealt with. I called him for a bid I was getting really frustrated with the bids from prior companies, he came right over gave me a bid and I hired him on the spot. I was that impressed and confident in him and his demeanor that he was the right one for my job. I was looking for someone to tear Down my existing wood fence and chain link gate and replace it with a new vinyl one. Also included was the removal of all debris from existing fence

Such a wonderful job! I contacted Angie’s on August 22nd to find a contractor to do my fence and retaining wall project. On the morning of September 7th, Joe was at my house beginning the retaining wall. On Monday, September 13th the project was completed!. Best Fence and Gate Installation by Joe exceeded my expectations. The project turned out just beautifully. He was not the least expensive bid I received, but I felt that he was the most qualified to do the job. It was worth paying more to get such a professional job. I would definitely hire this company to complete future projects

Joe is the consummate professional. He was able to review and quote the same day. His bid was very competitive; and he clearly has an attention for fine detail. The finished installation gets many positive comments from visitors. We will be hiring him again.

Fred and Leslie were amazing. I gave them an idea of what I envisioned for my yard and what I was hoping to have done. Not only were they the best bid of those we looked at, but Fred even added to my yard with some amazing ideas that made things so much better. Colored stamped concrete patio, RV pad, huge boulders throughout the flower beds, sprinkler system, in ground trampoline, MIL separate yard, sod, mulch, tree placement and drip lines for each one, decorative rock wall, flagstone pavers. For being a new build with a move in date in April, we have a completed yard by June.....and that is still with the crazy delays in concrete that everyone is dealing with. Fred and Leslie got us our concrete when other people are getting no bids from other landscapers due to concrete shortages. Would use them again if ever needed and have referred them out to all the other new builds in our community

  • Home Run Construction
    5.0
Home Run Construction was awesome to work with. We needed a large fencing job done (nearly 200 feet), and they came out to measure, got us a quote, came in well under the most expensive quote we received, and did a quality job. Mike, Solomon, Rachel, and crew were all personable, professional, and overall pleasant to work with. Spending over $8k on a fence was a bit nerve-racking to think about, but we are completely satisfied and so pleased with the way it came out and with working with Home Run Construction. Definitely recommend

  • Fence Repairs Only

Kevin and Brodie went over and above to repair fence, added steel plates in slats for stability, repaired neighbors fence and repaired cinder block bricks shaving away rock to clear area to install bottom of fence! So willing and kind to offer to help and I’m so thankful I was referred to them for this complicated job! Thank you so much!!

Marty was very responsive to my texts. A crew came on a Saturday and worked hard. They returned the following Saturday and completed the project. They hauled away all the old fencing. There were damaged sprinklers and a cut Xfinity cable, but all were repairable, and probably unavoidable. I have a beautiful Trex fence in front and a beautiful wood fence in back. The guys did great work! I will use them again

Fencing FAQ

  1. How much does it cost to install a fence?

Answer: The average cost to install a fence is $2,600. A variety of factors will impact the overall cost of fencing installation, such as the length of the fence, the materials you choose, and local labor costs. Fencing projects using the lowest cost materials and with lower labor costs can cost as little as $1 to $6 per linear foot, while projects using the highest cost materials and with higher labor costs may be as high as $15 to $45.

  2. Do I need a permit to build a fence around a yard?

Answer: Whether you’ll need a permit to build a fence around your yard will depend on your city or county's local codes. Many metropolitan and suburban areas require a permit to install most fencing, but they may not for fences situated behind a house as opposed to in front of it or fences that don’t run within a certain distance of the road. To find out if you’ll need a permit to fence your yard, reach out directly to your local government office.

  3. What is the cheapest fence to install?

Answer: The cheapest fencing to install is chain-link fencing. Chain-link fencing is typically cheaper than other fence types because the materials cost less, and installation is generally quicker and easier than other options. Chain-link fencing is affordable, easy to install, and low maintenance. However, it’s usually considered less secure than other options and doesn’t increase resale value as much as fences made of different materials.

  4. Is a wood or vinyl fence cheaper?

Answer: Wood fences are generally cheaper than the cost of vinyl fences. While the cost of materials for wood and vinyl fences is usually very similar, the labor cost associated with installing a vinyl fence is higher. Wood fencing is also easier to install than vinyl fencing, making it possible to save money by making wood fence installation a DIY project. It’s also possible to DIY install a vinyl fence.

  5. What is the life expectancy of a vinyl fence?

Answer: Vinyl fencing can be expected to last between 10 and 30 years. Vinyl fencing is generally low maintenance, but proper care will ensure it lasts as long as possible. Its long life span and high return on investment make vinyl fencing a popular option for many homeowners.

  6. What type of fence adds to the property value?

Answer: Installing quality fencing, no matter the fence type, will generally add value to your property. In general, fences made of longer-lasting, lower-maintenance, and more attractive materials—like wrought-iron, composite, or vinyl—add more value to a property than fences made of lower-cost or less attractive materials, like chain-link. To ensure your fencing adds as much value to your home as possible, be sure it’s properly permitted, approved by your homeowners association (if you have one), and installed properly.
