Recent Glass Repair Reviews in Raleigh

  • Professional Restoration Services, Inc.
Needed repair to a bathroom and a bedroom that required installing new flooring and a bathroom vanity. Patrick was the project manager and was very helpful in guiding me through the repair process including flooring selection options. I would definitely contact Professional Restoration Services again if needed

  • Professional Restoration Services, Inc.
PRS did a fantastic job on our mitigation and repair work. They were extremely responsive and professional. There was a project manager for the mitigation (Drew) and for the restoration (Patrick) and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here throughout the project and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. They both made sure we were happy with all the work at the end of the project. They were easily available for questions every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed

  • Glass Doctor of Raleigh
Excellent experience. From quote to completion of the install. Communication was good, price competitive and the work was very well done. We would definitely look to Glass Doctor again for another project.
    Carol P.
I called in the morning and they were quick to get me a quote. They called back a few hours later and said they could install it the same day! They showed up on time and uninstalled my old mirror, replaced it, and left in about 30 minutes. The process was very simple, straightforward, and the service was extremely quick. I highly recommend

  • Triangle Classic Homes Inc
We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience with Triangle Classic Homes! Carl Caldwell was our primary point of contact, though we worked with Ralph a few times, and he was great as well. Carl did an outstanding job overseeing our project from start to finish. Our newly finished basement looks fantastic and turned out even better than we could have imagined. We now have significant additional living space that is not only beautiful but also functional and suitable for gatherings of all sorts. We truly valued Carl’s experience and competence, as well as his ability to facilitate all of the moving parts and people involved in our project. Working with him was a pleasure! He was a good listener, easy to talk with, was receptive to our ideas, steered us in the right direction when needed and brought everything to life. He was able to accommodate design modifications during the process. Collaboration with him was a dream! He kept close oversight during all stages of the project, and it was obvious he truly cared about the quality of the work and end product. His attention to detail was impeccable. He is well connected and brought in excellent crews for everything from framing and drywall to electrical and plumbing. There is not one single part of our project that could be improved upon. Carl and his crew surpassed our expectations and we are fortunate to have worked with him. We highly recommend Carl Caldwell and Triangle Classic Homes for any and all home construction/improvement needs. We are already dreaming and scheming our next project with them

  • The Bath Shop
Awesome. Just need the one word to describe the work the Bath Shop have done with our outdated master bath. Stephanie helped us with the design and estimate. Her experience and advice were invaluable in helping us make good decisions about both design as well as fixtures. She also helped with expectations as remodeling a master bath from the wall studs out isn’t a simple process. The Bath Shop construction process was managed by Robbie. He coordinated all the work and kept us informed by text every evening and occasionally by phone when necessary. The entire crew were very skilled and professional. They took utmost care of our property and made sure they minimized the inconvenience. Trash was removed frequently and dirt/dust were cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew knew one another well and knew what to expect from one another – this made it easy for them to properly prep for the next step in the process and to handle things in a way that simplified it for us as well as other members of the crew. It was clear they took pride in their individual work but also in the complete project from the team. From start to finish, the Bath Shop helped us turn our nearly 20 year old master bath into one that is modern and built with quality. I would hire them again if I were to make the decision over. In fact, I plan to use them on other kitchen and bath projects when we’re ready to do them

  • Rudy Glass N' Mirror Corp.
Rudy is totally professional. He responded immediately when I asked for someone to give me a quote on a new shower door. Much to my surprise, Rudy assured me that he could fix the door, which he did He is very honest and very fair. He did a wonderful job repairing the door. The quality of his work is superior, and he takes pride in his work. He has 35 years of experience with glass and bathroom renovations. I feel he he would do an excellent job with any project. I would use him again without hesitation. I would recommend him with no reservations. The guy is super

  • Glass Doctor of Raleigh
It went terrific! They did a great job. It had to be a custom built, and had to be exactly measured. It looked really nice, worth the cost.

  • Vaughan Building & Remodeling Inc
Working with Billy, his crew, his subcontractors, and other professionals he recommended has been a great pleasure. They all care about the work they do and our satisfaction and they work hard, skillfully and with cheerfulness. They are pros at what they each do and are used to working with each other and with or for Billy. We never expected to complete this large project and be so happy with the process and results, as we have had some poor experiences in the past. This was a complex project, but all challenges were dealt with expertly. The dining addition had to interface with our kitchen and existing screened porch, which we did not want damaged. Everyone who sees the result is amazed at our new, more spacious living space and seamless interface to the old area. On the exterior and interior, it looks as if it was always this way. Billy offered many good ideas to help us make the many decisions we have had to make. He has a lot of experience in construction and good judgment and problem-solving skills. He has known many of his subs for many years and they have strong personal and working relationships. We cannot say enough good things about Billy and his team

  • Cederberg Kitchens & Additions Inc
We found Bill Cederberg and his decorator Dana Herman, easy to talk to, patient, and not pushy. They had many samples and a range of products on display at the shop. Our three bathrooms were somewhat the worse for wear after 28 years of family comings and goings, and we really needed to see what was out there and zero in on what needed to be done. It took several meetings to hammer out and decide upon a basic plan. The cost was more than we had intended to spend, but we decided to go ahead, and we have not regretted it. We liked the quality of the materials and we felt comfortable working with Bill & Dana. Bill drew up a contract. After an initial payment for materials, we paid in increments as each portion of the job was completed. We made a few changes and they were handled in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with the workmanship. Cederberg seems to have a good team. The subcontractors impressed us as experienced and careful. We appreciate their hard work. Care was take to protect floors and furniture, and there is not even a paint spatter where it should not be. At the end of each day trash was cleared and everything was cleaned up. Our one complaint might be the time it took to get everything done, a little over five months. We realize that some of the delay was having to coordinate jobs that had to be done in a certain order, having to wait for inspections, etc. On the whole there was something going on 3 or 4 days a week. Fortunately we were able to remain in the house during this time by moving to different bedrooms when needed. At this point I would say that the job was done, done right, and having to deal with a little delay wasn't so bad
