They did a great job, worked well with scheduling, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I will continue to call them for any other work I have.

It wasn't bad. I'd say overall an A- only because I had to call back a few times because water kept leaking through the pipes. They did come right out and repair it for me. I did have to call back a few days later as well to get a receipt for the work, but overall, they did well and I would use them again.

Albert has done a number of projects for us in the past and today installed a water heater pressure tank that failed.  As always, he was prompt, professional, and reasonable in price.  I highly recommend Albert for any home repair and improvement projects.  Outstanding.

Hiring a contractor is a nightmare to say the least. I started my project in the summer having my roof done along with windows. Albert was very busy when I showed him my job. Other contractors only wanted to do the roof and windows and the price for the drop ceiling and bathroom was crazy. Albert told me from the beginning to get other estimates, he told me he was tied up until mid october. He gave me an estimate and told me he would call me when he was free. I didn't really expect to hear from him. In October he called and we began. In three days my ceiling was up, bathroom complete. He is a good contractor and a honest man. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a contractor. Did I pay to much maybe a little, but I know that the work was done right the first time. Albert and KAR will be doing my two bathrooms in the spring.

Much to my surprise, I received an estimate in writing that was accurate. His quality of work is outstanding however, as a tribute to his quality you need to wait several weeks. There is a waiting line. I did keep his card for future use.

I got a prompt response, he came the next day, took care of the repairs we needed, and is giving me an estimate on some other work I need done.

It was okay, but their attention to detail was awful. The owner seemed to have a bad attitude. They came out initially to see what I needed done, and they fixed the leak from the roof side first. I had to redo the edges where the wall and ceiling meet before I did the painting, as they had did it so irregularly. I asked them what paint they used, and they told me, but they didn't tell me that they'd tinted it; I had to repaint the whole ceiling. They also asked me to pay an additional $50 during the course of the work too. I had to redo some areas on the ceiling too as they had done parts so poorly.

Albert's is really nice and professional. He was very busy and fit me right in and got our upstairs leak fixed in no time. I highly recommend him!

Albert Runyon and his partner arrived at the time that had been agreed upon.
They confirmed exactly where I wanted the mirror placed.
They determined the location of the studs in the wall.
They were professional and efficient in hanging the mirror.
They also fixed a towel rack that was coming out of a bathroom wall.
I would definitely recommend them.

They did a really good job, it was cheap and did it really quick. It didn't take super long but I wasn't unhappy with it. They were able to come out quickly.

The job was finished in one day, which we were happy with, but not completely happy that a portion of the job was just left undone because they couldn't get the faucet off to change leaky gaskets, which was agreed upon in our contract. The end result was not perfect , but acceptable.

I thought they were great and did an excellent job. They are real flexible and kind of worked with me. I bought all the supplies for the because that is what I chose to do. Pretty much anything I wanted to do they were willing to do it for me and they were reasonably priced. It took them three days to do the work.

They were very prompt and communicative. They explained how they were going to complete each stage of the job and then did it as we discussed. They completed the job on time and on budget. This was all completed on short notice with due regard for the work that was scheduled for when they were done.

Excellent work. On time. On budget. I'll definitely use them again.
