The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. I wanted to see whether there had been any worsening of the belly or signs of problems building up over the last year. The technician did scope out the line and found no blockages. He jet washed the line and re-scoped it so I would have the two scope videos to add to my collection documenting the history of the line since we discovered the belly. He said I also had a year's warranty for the work done
