Because they do only water heaters they had all the equipment, etc on their truck. So they installed the heater right away. Had to do some extra stuff because the codes have changed since the last one was put in. Explained everything they did. Cleaned up afterward. Two guys very polite, very professional. They called late Thursday afternoon and said they had an emergency call in our town, Stroud, Oklahoma, and that if they could get it done quickly enough, they could come by and get the job done.
