Mollman/Culligan Services Co is the best in the business. To get me going, Lex came out & showed me how unhealthy my well water was. Lex took the time to educate me, explaining each stage of the process of getting my water to where it should be. Lex's expertise, made the decision process effortless and stress free. The install crew was equally impressive. These pros put the system together in no time & it really looks top shelf. The finished product is truly a work of art. Thank you Eric, Armando & Lance for putting together a system built specifically for my needs. Well done Brian for hiring the most talented customer service techs in the business.

They were very polite and answered all our questions. We had the options to rent or purchase. They were very clean in their appearance, and did a great job installing the system and cleaning up after themselves. We have them come montly and fill up the salt. They have a code to the garage and come fill it up leaving the empty bags so we know they have been there. We also found out from our neighbors that they do many people in our area and considered very trustworthy. I definitley recommend these people.

just moved here from out of state and had no idea the water was from a well.... so I needed a softener.. ROBERT went above and beyond to install our system and checked back with me to make sure the drinking water system was installed as well.. THANK YOU CULLIGAN!!! I couldn't be happier!!!

The gentleman was efficient, on-time and did what he was supposed to do. The job included an $89 service call fee and about $120 in parts plus tax.

When we called them they were very professional and extremely nice on the phone. I received a return call very quickly and was told they would be out the next day to check our water softener. Instead of trying to make money off of us and sell us a new system, they quickly worked on the program of the softener and had everything running smoothly. The service man that came was very professional and very friendly. We will definitely use them for all of our softener needs!!!! i would give them an A++++++++++ in all areas!!!!

Professional and timely. Installation crew was running twenty minutes late and called to let me know, which I appreciated. Completed work in less than expected time frame for the amount that was quoted. Took all the time needed to explain the system without me feeling rushed.

Product was great only downside is that we asked for a quote we were told no more than 150$ when they got to the house it ended up that it would be 3X that because of our house set up and we would need an electrician. We ended up having to take 4 days off work to get a project done when a accurate onsight price quote could have made that 2 days. other than that the scervice was friendly and the water softener appears to be working well.

The water from the RO unit is clear and has an excellent taste, we use if for drinking during our workouts at the gym, for meals, and to make coffee. The coffee tastes much better with the purified water.

I needed water seals replaced on my water softener. They came to my home and replaced them. I was not charged for the parts, only the service call. The servicemen were very professional. The price was great. I have dealt with this company many times and have always been very satisfied. The service was very prompt and I like that they are a small business backed by the Culligan brand.

Their people are very courteous and friendly. I only dealt with two people; the salesman and the installer. Both of them were top notch. They will take all of the time in the world to explain it to you, show you the hardware,. explain how it works, and tell you what you are supposed to do in between visits. They come out and service it every 3 months and bring you new salt. They check out the system, and make sure everything is functioning properly.

Culligans responded in a pretty good manner, they were out of the softener I ordered, and they had to order it. They were able to install it within 3 days. They serviceman was on time and got the job done in a very short time. He did a very good job.
