"Roof was worn out and starting to leak in a couple of places with the massive rains we had been getting lately. Called a couple of places to get estimates and Green Phoenix beat them by a substantial amount. I also like the owners attitude and explanation of how and what they needed to do to fix the roof. A date and time was set and the crew showed up and started the year off. Materials arrived and part of crew did tear off and repair of bad spots in roof while other part of crew started putting down new roofing By the way I used class 4 roofing so it probably won’t need to be fixed in the years I have left. Crew took well deserved lunch break then were back at work. The continued till dusk with tear off. Putting Dow new roof and clean up. Left for the day with a large part completed. Second day arrived on time and continued with repair and replacement. During the tear off they found some major problems which needed to be addressed. They talked with me. Gave me options and let me decide what to do. It upped the cost of the job a little but it did need to be done. Finished with house and detached garage did cleanup. Which was.very good and left. I am quite happy with they way they cleaned up and very happy with the job they did."show more

"After a walkthrough Kyle with Ray the Painter, came up with a game plan of dividing the job into three phases. Phase one was the two bedrooms and bathroom on the east side. Phase two was the office and master bedroom and bathroom. Phase three was the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. With this game plan we were able to stay in our house the whole time which we really appreciated. In each phase they covered everything with plastic which took a lot of time. Then they removed the popcorn, removed all the plastic and cleaned everything up. The ceilings had to dry overnight. The next day they would put drop cloths down and tape everything off, and then paint the ceilings and walls. Then they would remove everything and clean up. They did an excellent job and were very considerate through the whole process. Kyle said the game plan would take six days and he was right on it. I was very impressed with him and his crew. I would recommend them for any paint job you need done. We would definitely use them again.show more

"Saw the shop, stopped to see what was available and encountered two very helpful and knowledgeable people. They helped us select a granite piece and scheduled a time to come measure. They showed up on time and contacted when they were on the way. The same occurred when they returned to install it. After we ordered, we ran into some remodel issues and no longer needed a shower seat we ordered. It hadn't been cut and they canceled that without any charge to us.
