A seleaman showed up for Jenco and knocked on the door after a storm we had which left us with some hail damage to the roof. Talked to him about the roof he told me they would put some temporary tarps on it to help make sure we had no more water damage in side so with no charge if I used them or not I agreed. They were the $1.99 blue tarps from Walmart. A few days later we agreed on them fixing the roof. Weeks went by excuse after excuse on why they had not done the roof then months went by. They showed up in July to put more tarps on the roof after more damage was been done inside. Finally they showed up August 12 to do the roof. It was a very poor job. The shingles hung over the edge 3/4 inch to far. They did not bring the roof decking up to code wich the insurance company would of paid for. They did not roof the shed that was agreed to be done. When finished I got 3 different totals on them. I went down to there place of business to talk to them about the bill 3 different times. Only to find the door locked.i asked to talk to the salesman he told me what bill was the total but could not explain the bills. Or why I was charged $2000 for the tarps. He come by the house I paid him the total bill of $7891.98 in cash. A few days later they sent me a bill for another $436.93 which said emergency tarp fee he forgot to add to the $2000 tarp fee already on the bill. Now they want to take me to court. This was not a good  experience at all. I would not recommend them in anyway to do anymore work for me or anyone else

Before I joined Angie's List, I didn't know who to contact to have home repair work done. Many years ago I worked with Jenco to hire a reputable roofer and to oversee their work. I was very pleased with that outcome, so since then, whenever I have needed any home repair work, I have called Jenco. They come out promptly to provide an estimate, hire the appropriate service for me and follow up to be sure the job has been done right. I have never been disappointed.
It has been quite some time since I have needed their help, but I have used their services twice for roofing and once for siding repair following strong winds in addition to the shower project and would call them again for any household repair/remodeling/reconstruction work I might need.
Also, for five years following my roof repair, they offered to come out at no charge to inspect the roof following any storm.
They are reliable and reasonably priced. They also work cooperatively with my home insurance company.

My experience with Jenco was outstanding in so many ways!
When I called them they actually had to postpone my estimate by 2 days which bummed me out but after that slight delay they nailed every element of this work! David Fibus showed up on the reschedule day and gave me a prompt estimate for the replacement of my roof, patiently answered numerous questions of mine and always maintained a professional attitude toward me despite my numerous questions.
I was concerned about some trim that looked to be deteriorated around my roof and asked him about it. David researched the issues I was concerned about, queried his field personnel, suggested a solution and provided options from repairing the damage or replacing it all around my house. I initially chose to repair the damage and they delivered all the replacement materials and installed them. Upon seeing the repair job, I asked if I could extend it to the entire house and they made it so easy and simple for me and simply said "yes". The cost increase was very reasonable and I found the workmanship to be outstanding and the cost very reasonable.
After the roofing job was done, 2 different people from Jenco came out to inspect the work and make sure that I didn't nor wouldn't have additional issues. On top of that, they repainted my roof vents and even replaced and repainted the vent hood covers to match the new roof. It all looks amazing to me and I never thought I would be geeking out about my new roof....but I am!
Jenco has been very helpful, flexible and patient with me. I will totally be using Jenco for my roofing needs in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have not had a bad experience with them. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do. Their price was also fair.

Several problems with kitchen tile, cabinets shelves and bathroom fixtures.

Jenko comes out every year and checks my roof. They only charge if they have to replace something. the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I will Use Jenko when they tell me it is time to replace my roof. I highly recommend them.

I had Shane Vaughn come give me an estimate to repair damage my home sustained from a storm. He was very helpful in working with my insurance company and submitting all necessary paperwork. JENCO replaced my roofing and guttering. They also recommended a heat/air company I was able to use for replacement of my condensor unit. I would recommend them to others.

My experience with them was fine. I did not have any complaints. They were very professional and came out when they said they would. They brought in an itemized estimate, which amounted to $3200. I would probably use them in the future.

All of these problems could be avoided by good communication and scheduling. I realize everyone is busy with storm damage.I would rather wait and get it all done when people can be scheduled than go through this hassle.

I am checking into other options too. They were a little high so we didn't go with them. The price they quoted was for doing the roof. He was a great guy and I have heard nothing but good things about him. He was on time. I would consider using them in the future. I think they did my roof the last time.

Our first contact with Shane Vaughn was when he came over to discuss and give an estimate for roofing. We were dreading the fact that we were going to have to come up with all the money for the new roof out-of-pocket. Shane was very knowledgable about dealing with insurance companies. His experience payed off for us as he advised us to contact our insurance company, which I did. To make a long story short we were able to file a claim with our insurance company and the cost of replacing our roof did not come out of our pocket. Shane worked very well with our insurance company to get us the maximum benefits we were entitled to. His crew came out when they said they would and did a fantastic job. With Shane's knowledge of roofing, he advised us to install some ice and water material on the low slooping part of our roof. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of this experience. I would certainly use Shane Vaughn and Jenco again if we needed to in the future.

I had Jenco Construction replace the roof on my house. Shane Vaughn worked with my insurance company to make sure that I received all that was allowed by my insurance policy. Bruce worked with the crew to make sure my property and flowerbeds were protected. When all of the work was completed, I walked around the job with Bruce and he made sure that any concearns I might have were answered or addressed. I have referred Jenco Construction to many people for their roofing work as well as construction work.

The company representative arrived promptly and surveyed the damage. He scheduled roofers and painters. The roofers reworked the flashing and the painters repaired the inside damage. I was pleased with the results. The company does subcontract their work.

Our insurance company adjuster recommended Jenco to repair shingle damage on our composition roof after a storm in our area. They were courteous and did a good job. Another storm occurred about a week later, and they sent out a man to do small repairs.
