"I contacted Diane's company to inquiry about the possibility of contracting her people to repair my new bathroom vanity, which had been damaged by my bathroom contractor, rather than have the contractor replace the entire vanity. Diane shocked me in two ways: (1) she explained to me in the most thorough and understandable way possible why my vanity couldn't be repaired to match its original factory condition (2) she offered to write me a letter, which she did, to explain the reasons for this in a professional manner. I haven't encountered such an honest business person in a long, long time. As a matter of fact, I've grown cynical about contractors in general, because recently I've experienced quite a few instances where they have been less than honest about their work and are willing to perform inferior work for which I paid good money. To top it off, they never apologize for doing the wrong things! Again, Diane will personally explain to you if she can repair something or if she cannot. For that, I rate her highly. "Giovanni was responsive, timely, and fixed my furniture that was damaged by movers. This included reattaching the wooden foot to an antique couch, replacing ripped dust covers on two wingback chairs, and reattaching a button on a tufted chair. All the work was done on-site in my apartment, within two days of speaking with Giovanni, and for a price I thought was reasonable. I would definitely use them again!show more

"I'm very happy with the work performed by this company plus the technician explained to me in detail of the work he was going to do as well as the correct way the dryer vent should have been installed before as the the exhaust vent was connected to the lower vent instead of the higher vent, saying that connecting it to the higher vent gave it more room for the lint to collect before it started clogging up the exhaust. The air duct cleaning was also conducted professionally and I have no complaint about their work. I would hire them again the next time my heating and cooling ducts needs cleaning. "It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Found Rich online. I needed a 2 week turn around which was near impossible and Rich had it done in a week. The fabric selection was amazing and the quality of the workmanship was beyond my expectations. True professionals and craftsmen. It was competitively priced and certainly worth every penny. I have antique chairs I will drop off later this month. "I've been using them for about four years. The technicians are very nice, their thorough. They've been an A so far but last time I noticed some stains they didn't get, they weren't any major stains, they were very simple stains that they didn't get them. Other than that I've had a very good experience with them. &nbsp;I'm not as picky as some people are if those stains are still there.
