"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

Tried to get the owned to finish the job, he told me he wasn't going to and left me with a nonfunctioning system. Called two other companies to get a quote to fix the mess that I was left with. Nothing was wired correctly all the refrigerant had escaped the system. One of the outdoor compressors wasn't bolted to the bracket and could have fallen off. One air handler had pulled from the wall in my bedroom. I was told it would be a minimum of 5K to repair the system if nothing was damaged. The system basically has to be removed and reinstalled. So, I'm out $12,695. to Dr. flow and now I'm looking at another 5K to get the system repaired. I'm sure Mike sleeps well and is having a good laugh over this. One other thing. Don't rely on any of these sites. I'm sure all of the good reviews come from friends of the owner. Go with well-established companies."
