My apartment was almost an entire gut reno and I am so pleased with the results. He even has followed up with me since my final payment on a couple of punch list items. No one believes me that I don't have to chase him for responses and that he has reached out on his own. I can't recommend him enough. A truly good guy that is trustworthy and goes above and beyond. The project: Mirrors had to be removed from the walls and the walls that weren't mirrored were in terrible shape. The apartment hadn't been cared for in 20 years. They skim coated and painted all the walls and they look brand new. The kitchen was hideous and the ceiling was dropped. Mario was able to raise the ceiling, giving me extra cabinet space, completely demo the space, re-tile the floor, paint the cabinets, install the countertop. When I had an issue with the cabinets I was going to purchase, he was able to find someone to provide what I was looking for. Same with the countertops. His connections really helped to keep the project moving along. He re-framed all the doorways and closets and installed new doors and doorknobs. He provided additional storage space above the closets, framed them and installed new doors. He sanded, repaired and stained all the hardwood floors in the apartment. He replaced all the baseboard heating covers, moved some outlets, installed all new appliances including a dishwasher which was new to the apartment.
