The whole process from consulting, scheduling and retiling was smooth. I am super happy with how well the tile job came out and appreciate the really clean grout lines and clean up job the workers to remove the existing tiles, silicone and waterproof the area. I would hire again for a bigger remodel based on this experience. It’s a little more pricey than other scontractors but it’s was worth it from my opinion.

I had issues with uneven marble tile installation on three walls in my bathroom as well as an unfinished quartz inset shelving unit in my shower from a prior contractor. They worked miracles on evening out the tile, completing the shelving unit as and some other work that needed to be done. Very professional and they obviously took great pride in their work. My only regret is that I didn't hire them for the initial work.

Luis and his team did an amazing job. I had budget limitations, and I imposed frustrating limits on the work that I wanted done. I wanted my kitchen to be reasonably attractive, but completely functional. Two other contractors refused the job. Luis' team began 2 days after Luis visited and quoted me a price. They came each day prepared to work immediately. They were creative with the tiles I had and made them work beautifully. These guys were not only competent construction workers but were creative and skilled in their approach. They cleaned up each day at day's end while the "self level" flooring set and when the tile cement dried and at the end of the job. I could not be happier: my kitchen looks amazing! Thank you a million times over, Areizam!

Luis and his team did excellent work. I highly recommend them. Luis came in person to learn about the job and offer a bid. He spent time talking with us to consider options, show us ideas from other jobs he had done, and help us think about cost. This was very helpful! He and his workers were very careful about protecting counters and floors and did an excellent installation job and clean up. They combined Talavera tiles we had ordered with white tiles that he was able to supply. Where one of the old plaster walls was buckling they redid the wall in cement to make sure it would be level. They were able to do the job right away and worked quickly and carefully. We're very happy with the results! We got other bids from vendors on this list and Luis was not only more attentive to the job, but also came in with a lower bid.

Luis and the team at Areizam did an amazing job. I had two broken ceramic tiles in my basement. Luis responded to my phone call right away and had his team over quickly and on time. They removed the damaged tiles and installed the replacements perfectly. You can't even tell that the work was done. I would highly recommend Areizam and will use them for future tile needs.

Luis was everything you would want in a professional - which let's be honest - is hard to find when it comes to contractors. The install went smooth, Luis had extremely good attention to detail and was *very* thoughtful about asking us the right questions to make sure that the install job was done exactly as we wanted. Luis and his team worked very efficiently and effectively once they knew what we wanted and had great communication. He was very fair with his price and I would absolutely hire him again! So glad I did - I don't see an option to upload pictures of the job, but take my word for it, it turned out great!
