Magnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe had a three “room” project completed in November 2020: Framing - Removed back wall of house and part of the roof, rebuilt ceiling, installed beam, and rear wall Kitchen/Dining Room - Full gut job….new electrical, insulation, walls, floors, backsplash, appliances, paint, fixtures, etc. Deck - New from scratch. 17x17 with a pressure treated frame and timbertech composite decking, rails, balusters, steps, etc. ...since they were going to be replacing the roof where the new section was built, they also replaced our entire roof. The cost was reasonable relative to what it would’ve been to replace just the smaller portionn of the rebuilt roof. The subcontractors were all very professional and quality was high across the board. Here are the important points: -Communication - Stellar for the entire duration of the project (negotiating, permits, selections, day-to-day, inspections, etc.). Vic was our point person but had another person help when needed (permits, payments, etc.). When I needed something, it was Vic I worked with. We worked almost exclusively by text but got on phone calls when the situation called for it. -Schedule - Before we started the project, Magnolia claimed the project would take 4 months. I believe this would’ve been projected to be 3 months if we weren’t operating in a pandemic but the materials were a concern based on the initial plans the architect drew up. The entire project ended up taking 9 weeks from demo day 1 to the final inspection. Very impressive. -Pricing - Magnolia is not cheap but you’re paying for a contractor that’s experienced and proven in certain areas (e.g. kitchens, roofs, etc.) and has established relationships with the subcontractors they use. -Subcontractors and quality - Kitchen designer was flexible with what we were looking for but we had another kitchen that we used as a near mirror-image of what we wanted. The one thing that may be a concern here is that if you don’t know what you want, there might be a lot of back-and-forth to arrive at a final design. Roofers, tile/paint crew, etc. were all top notch. Overall a great experience. This was a high anxiety experience going in and Vic was professional and kept things moving very quickly and well ahead of schedule.- Anthony D.

AJT Complete Construction LLCThe mason who rebuilt my chimney was a master mason in my opinion as he didn't splash concrete on the brick surface as many mason's do. The chimney looks beautiful... it's a shame that I'm the only one who will probably notice it. They also installed a stainless steel chimney liner and cleaned my fireplace chimney. The owner, Kazi, did a detailed walkthrough with me, shared his ideas for solving the problem, listened to my concerns and easily adjusted the plan. They agreed to work within a very specific window of dates, and Kazi's crew was on-time every single day. Farhad, who did most of the work, was friendly and focused, and Kazi checked in with me at the site or on the phone almost daily. Although he had a busy schedule, he was able to squeeze us in quickly ( we really needed it!), and the recent storm left us dry and comfy for the first time in years! The work was first rate, and when they left, you could not tell that anything had been done- the area was pristine. I would recommend Ed for all your waterproofing needs! If I could give them ten stars, I would! HONEST, DEPENDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE From start to finish, Down Under Waterproofing was sensational. Walt came out to my newly purchased home and assessed the situation in my large basement/crawlspace. His assessment of the situation was accurate, professional and fairly priced. He went above and beyond in his explanation so that I could understand the situation in "lay-man's" terms. I had received several estimates prior, and although they recommended many of the same things, no one had explained why. Walt made me understand the process of what needed to be done and why. Once the work began, Walt was hands-on and explained every step of the way. The crew that worked on my house was exceptional. Knowledgeable, dependable, professional, respectful and clean. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves, and Walt did a final inspection. The work was fantastic!!!! They are my "go-to" guys for foundation, footings, waterproofing and encapsulation! It looks like a completely different space. They are truly a top notch company!!!!! Thank you for everything!

Master K did a great job on our building. We had our roof redone & patched broken bricks & mortar on the facade of our building. Everything looks great & hopefully we will no longer experience any more leaks in the foreseeable future. They went above & beyond like clearing out bushes or applying extra coats of sealant to make sure its a job well done. They started work when they said they would, we were notified of delays due to weather & given the opportunity to inspect work before they closed out the job. Really good communication through Jamal. After a new hot water heater was installed on another day they came back and replaced the wall. They did a terrific job, and left it in better shape than it was before.
