"Great. We bought a recliner chair about 3 years ago. About 4 months before the warranty ran out a spring under the seat cushion broke loose. They sent a tech out and he repaired it in our house. About a month after the warranty expired, the spring failed again. This time the board that held the spring assembly came loose from the rest of the chair. When I called the woman said that we were out of warranty, but since it looked like the same problem that they fixed under warranty she'd send a tech out to look at the problem at no charge, He looked and said it didn't look like something that could be fixed in the house; he'd go back to the office and sort it out. Three or so days late someone called and said they'd take it to the shop and repair it at NO CHARGE. Not only did they repair the spring assembly, they restained some scratches on one of the leg and touched up wear marks on the leather. It looks like they recoated all of the leather and it looks like new. The only complaint is that took about 3 weeks from start to finish--it was always 3 or 4 days before the tech could get here or the truck could make the pick-up, etc.
