Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. "They are scammers. They tell you things you want to hear before you sign the contract and after they change everything on you. They are very good at it. It was a nightmare since I have to pay a loan over the next 25 years for things at an exaggerate rate. They promised me personally they will change the financial company and they will get one that will offer a far better rate than they get. They told me not to be worried about it. After signing everything with the, they gave my number to someone from dividend to contact me. FOr some reasons, I got a contract for $26400 with them to pay over 25 years. The guy told me the only deal i could get is at 9.9%. I don't know why I have accepted that day. I started paying on 3/3/2023 at $320/month. As of today March 7th, 2024, my balance is $25900. I have to go like that for 25 years. It wasn't what they have promised at the beginning. I post that just for client to be more careful about what they are telling them. They are scammers. Shame on them."
