They are scammers. They tell you things you want to hear before you sign the contract and after they change everything on you. They are very good at it. It was a nightmare since I have to pay a loan over the next 25 years for things at an exaggerate rate. They promised me personally they will change the financial company and they will get one that will offer a far better rate than they get. They told me not to be worried about it. After signing everything with the, they gave my number to someone from dividend to contact me. FOr some reasons, I got a contract for $26400 with them to pay over 25 years. The guy told me the only deal i could get is at 9.9%. I don't know why I have accepted that day. I started paying on 3/3/2023 at $320/month. As of today March 7th, 2024, my balance is $25900. I have to go like that for 25 years. It wasn't what they have promised at the beginning. I post that just for client to be more careful about what they are telling them. They are scammers. Shame on them.

SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors is not associated with this external financing company. We do not handle any in-house financing at SafeGuard. Your approval for financing was obtained through Dividend Financial, and you signed a contract with them on 10/2/23. The prices quoted during our visit to your home are specifically for the windows and doors you selected and our installation team and services. Any price adjustment is directly related to your financing terms, which are determined solely by your personal credit. SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors does not recieve any extra money from this company. Once again, we are not involved in your personal financing, [Member Name Removed]. We are genuinely sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with your experience, however, your anger and frustration are misdirected."
