He did a complete gut renovation of the bathroom in our Art Deco era condo as well as upgrades to the entire unit. Ray and his team were always punctual and cleaned up after completing a job. All required material was acquired/ordered and work was completed in a timely fashion. Besides, work areas were left clean at the end of the day. There was no need for work to be redone as it was done professionally the first time. I was very satisfied with the service done and recommended the company to my next-door neighbor who also used the services this year.

I just purchased my first home in Belle Meade, Miami off 73rd and Biscayne. The house was built in 1937 and is 80 years old. House is in great shape but it needed an entirely new kitchen, fresh coat of paint and a freshening on the original dade-county pine flooring. Ray came in, took down a wall separating the kitchen and dining room, and did a complete gut-job remodel of the kitchen including new cabinets, countertops, flooring, electrical and plumbing and lighting as well including recessed lighting, changing the position of the hanging pendant lamp to center the room and replaced old sconces. He also resurfaced the flooring in the ENTIRE home to help protect it long term and it looks sooooooo good!!! Then we added a fresh coat of paint to the ENTIRE interior and exterior of the home. I chose a simple white to brighten and modernize it and the result is amazing. My house looks SO GOOD. Ray was a godsend. I had barely over a month to do an entire kitchen remodel and the work listed above and HE FINISHED BY MOVE IN. Ray was punctual, affordable but best of all, EXTREMELY communicative. He called me before every move, sometimes like 4x a day! I added the idea to resurface the flooring at the very last minute (ONE WEEK before move in. Oh boy, what was I thinking?) and Ray said ok, took charge and made it happen! I love my house so much. I couldn't have gotten to this place without Dream Living Remodeling. Ray, I'm going to miss you. But I know I'll see you again for future projects in my beautiful old home for sure!

Our project went very well. On time and on budget. As with any remodeling project, things end up a little different from plan. Ray was easy to work with on changes unanticipated and new requirements. I would definitely recommend Dream Living Remodeling.
