"I usually do not give a reviews on a company because they are willing to address your concern. Bill with Growth Spurts poured a concrete driveway and patio without rebar to reinforce and strengthen the concrete from premature cracking. he promised rebar prior to getting the contract and did not follow thru his words . Now the concrete is only 3 months and has several crack and holes. he will not return to repair his works which was the highest of the 3 bids received for the project. I place good faith on Growth Spurts and decided to give him the bid. I am very disappointed that Bill does not stand by his word."

The owner, Jeff Hutzel, came along with his project manager, Kim, to be involved in the estimating process. He was very honest and upfront in setting our expectations for what could be done in the most cost-effective manner.
