Doug went to work immediately and the the final result was excellent. Doug spent time addressing several small stains and made them disappear. He could always find a solution to an issue with the bathtub and the cultured marble which is an outdated product. He found somebody that actually manufactured it. He could actually put it on the tub so I was very thankful. A lot of folks don't deal with the product anymore and they were giving me the runaround. He was upfront with quotes. If he needed to go out and make a trip, I asked him what the trip charge was. He was extremely informative and definitely solved all my issues. He was very good with communication. "I have used Nelson Carpet Cleaning for years after trying many others. They are amazing. I had Sexton this time and he saved many rugs I thought I would have to throw away after my dog was terribly sick in the middle of the night and I didn't see the damage in basically every room. "Beginning with the in home estimate right on up until I was able to use the shower for the first time, the experience in dealing with Re Bath / Memphis was exceptional. Have to admit, it was a little scary seeing the removal process of the old unit. Lot of demolition, but the installer(s) appeared to be well in control. The outcome.....Could not be more pleased with the new shower. I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but considering the warranty and quality of workmanship, I now feel it was well worth it. I will highly recommend Re Bath of Memphis and plan on calling them for future remodeling projects.
