  they are really good and I like their work. they are efficient, reasonably priced and they have came in and worked until 8 or 9 past their time. when we had the sewer stopped up we had flooding in the basement and it was almost 5 o'clock they said they would get someone right out there and they didn't charge me any after hours fee's. I was just really pleased, they left the place clean they wore boodys so they wouldn't track any thing where they were walking. they also did some work on my rental property and there was a leak and since it was their work so they didn't charge anything and make it rightshow more

  The only thing that bothered me was one of the workers was wearing his booties outside and then going in the house and tracking dirt all over as it had been raining off and on all day. Otherwise they were very nice and very professional.

  Called on Tuesday afternoon. Made appointment for Wednesday morning. Office called and because the technician was tied up with a gas repair arranged to delay until 3 - 5 PM. Chuck Krekel the technician came on time. I described the problem of when I flushed the upstairs toilet it overflowed out of the first floor toilet. He proposed that it could be a plugged line or the septic tank was backing up. He asked if I wanted to have him snake the line out or have the septic tank pumped first. I chose to have the line snaked out. He opened the clean out and tried to snake the line out. The snake would not go past about 4 foot. He used a smaller head with the same problem. He showed me the break in the line outside of the basement wall. He did not have the materials and camera to do the work. He provided me a worst case estimate for repair of $1600. We arranged for him to return on Thursday morning at 9:30. Because the line is below my deck I spent the evening removing the deck boards so Chuck would have access to dig up the sewer line. Chuck returned on Thursday morning with Ryan to assist him. They found the broken cast iron pipe. It looked like it had been broken a long time. I did wonder why my sump pit smelled like sewage and it was because the broken line allowed the sewage to travel down the concrete basement wall to the sump. Chuck removed the cast iron pipe up to the beginning of the plastic sewage pipe. The line from the beginning of the plastic pipe up to the septic tank was sewer looked at with sewer video cam and found to be in good shape. Chuck showed me the break and called me to watch the video of the sewer line. The repair was done with new plastic pipe, rubber sleeve from cast iron to plastic and at Chuck's suggestion a clean out was added outside of the basement in case of future problems. Chuck and Ryan were very professional and had their booties on when ever they entered the house. The bill was reduced with the coupon magnet that we had and special that Drexler had on drain cleaning. I think the price was fair based on the amount of time and material that they usedshow more

  Overall the job went very well. So far, we have had no issues. Chad and Steve polite and professional as they worked. They were also patient enough to explain each of the steps they were taking and to answer questions from a curious customer. This professionalism was made more difficult given the job was severely underbid (due to an underestimation of work that would be needed) and was likely not a pleasant one to work on. After arriving at our home under the impression that the job would only take 2 or 3 days, it quickly became apparent that it would take over a week. Nonetheless, they always remained positive and reassured us that they would be able to complete the job and we would not be charged in excess of the contract we signed (which thus far has been true). They even were kind enough to reseed an area that they personally did not tear up in replacing our sewer line. My only complaint would be with the communication from the main office. Oftentimes, my wife and I were unable to be home while work was being done so we couldn't talk with Chad or Steve. After several days of this and realizing the job would not, in fact, be done in the 2 or 3 days as estimated, I finally called the office to get an update. To my surprise, the folks in the office were aware of what was going on and even had an updated completion date estimate. I would have appreciated a phone call from the main office when they realized this change. I understand they don't give out phone numbers of the folks working the jobs for their protection. As that's the case, I believe it is the main office's responsibility to keep the customer abreast of any changes from the timing/work that was estimated. Overall, I was pleased with the work and glad that Chad and Steve were assigned to our property. I'd read/heard several reviews that warned against the company attempting to come up with ways to bill in excess of the agreed upon rate. Chad was quick to assure me that wouldn't happen and that the work would still be done in a quality mannershow more

  It went wonderful. Alex was punctual, articulate and help me realize that I do not have a septic tank. He ran a long snake through the clean out and cleared the clog that was about 60 or 70 feet in. It now drains fine.
