  After years of skyrocketing cable bills, I decided to "cut the cord" and go with OTA reception. I wanted a rooftop antenna for the easiest and most dependable service, but antenna installers are hard to find these days. Ted's Master Antenna was featured in an article in the L.A. Times during the digital transition, so I decided to give the company a try. Ted has been in the business for many years and it was immediately clear that he has a wealth of expertise. I had originally wanted a larger antenna so that I could get absolutely everything, but he talked me into a smaller unit, and it works perfectly - I get all the local channels and digital sub channels with perfect reception. The installation was quick, professional and punctual. A month later, I received a follow-up call from Ted to make sure everything was working properly. The cost seemed a little high, but in truth, I will recoup it in just four months without cable. I would recommend Ted highly for any antenna needshow more

  Larry is a very friendly guy who showed up promptly and did quality work on my TV antenna installation. Took about two hours including waiting for my TiVo to register the new channels. His rates were a bit on the pricey side (including $40 extra for about 25' of coaxial cable -- buy yours online at monoprice.com before installation), but he did it right and I feel confident that if I have trouble with my reception he'll make it right.   David has been helping us with home entertainment and computer issues for awhile now. He is always very quick to respond, and does a very thorough and efficient job for us.   It was a very smooth operation overall, in spite of the 101degree temperature outside and the 120 degree temp in the attic where the majority of the work was performed. This was their first install of a Mohu antenna (it performed flawlessly) even though they have been in business for 20 plus years. They wore booties so as to not soil the carpet and spread mats in all the work areas. They vacuumed up afterwards leaving the room cleaner than before they arrived. Eddie, the owner operator of the business, explained everything they were going to do before getting started. He also kept me apprised of their progress and any change of plan. I appreciated the fact that he and Dave did all the work themselves instead of sending a crew to do the job. Very professional. After the install, he made sure both sets were operating properly, and did several channel scans, repositioning the antenna to get the maximum number of channels. The final bill reflected an unexpected discount, that was much appreciated. I would recommend The TV Hangman to anyone in the Inland Empire, and I will most definitely use them again should the need arise again for expert HDTV installationshow more

  My original contact with Eddie was via a phone call. He was very responsive and informative. We continued to dialogue via text. Again he was very responsive. I most noticed the 'please' and 'thank you's" in his text and email responses. When at our home to do the work he and his assistant were professional and kind, personable and efficient. He is an admitted 'technoholic' and eagerly responded to my novice questions regarding internet speed, routers, Ethernet switches etc. We are already planning another job with him to consolidate the remotes for all our technology devices to one remote device and are considering installation of speakers in the ceiling.
