The two hours and forty five minutes spent at your residence was all in the effort to please you. And, I am glad the job looks great. Reception quality is dependent upon many factors including property location, antenna type and quality of materials. Indeed, some customer's would rather purchase products on line or from another and have them installed. But, with over 35 years experience I do in fact have the expertise to advise as I did when visiting your residence. I was amazed by the picture quality received from the small (plastic) rooftop antenna you provided and was truly happy it produced most all channels. Hopefully,the product will hold up. I use top quality RG-6 coaxle cable and heavy duty compression type connectors and staple all my wireing down for a clean neat appearance. Indeed, one could find lower priced materials and labor. But, I feel my time spent at your residence and the materials used was done at a fair price. Quality and experience is a big plus these days.
