They were very good fast and reasonable. They were also pleasant to deal with and I would recommend highly.

They attempted to do it. I don't think it could have been done. The T.V. was not repairable. It was an old television and they found something that was wrong with it that made it subject to recall. I don't have a complaint about their work. They did their best.

Ike recommended a good antenna, and did not give me any misleading information about what kind of antenna I need. They were a bit disorganized, but the installation is good and the reception is excellent. (I live 30 miles from Mt. Wilson.) The price was fair, not great, but it's hard to find people to install antennas these days, and our roof is not easy to get to. I'd hire them again.

He makes house calls and fixes old favorite TV sets, the kind no one knows how to deal with.

The first time he did a job for me was excellent and was done in a reasonable amount of time. The second time was a different story. He didn't return my phone calls promptly, and when I did speak with him, it was an endless stream of verbiage about himself, and when I would interrupt him to talk about the job he was rather condescending. At this point it seems like he is more interested in his ego than he is in his customers. He was supposed to call me yesterday and never called and then called me today and told me that I was the one who was supposed to contact him! I told him that I would be going with someone else to get the job done. The approximate cost was for the first job that he did.

Ike's a chatty guy, but he knows his stuff. Not many left who know about TV antennas for over-the-air reception.

He was a pleasure to work with and everything about the work was excellent. He gave me a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. He was very nice and explained how to change from cable to Hi Def when it comes along. He went above and beyond. He and his assistant worked smoothly and quickly.

SHE GETS VERY IRRITATED WITH POOR SERVICE AND CAN BE VERY OUTSPOKEN, BUT SHE WAS HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE A PLUS TEAM. ALSO, THE PRICE CAME IN A LITTLE BELOW THE ESTIMATE.
