  We used Supreme Remodeling to remodel the entire downstairs of our home. The job included installing a whole new kitchen, new bathroom, and new hardwood flooring throughout. They installed new recessed lighting, new sconce lighting, new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, new entry doors, and new windows. They also smoothed all our walls, getting rid of the old 1980s texture, as well as redoing our carpeted stairs with new hardwood treads. We found Supreme Remodeling on Angie’s List and decided to give them a call because they had such positive reviews. Prior to starting our project, we obtained several bids. While Supreme’s bid wasn’t the cheapest, it also wasn’t the most expensive. In the end, we went with Supreme for several reasons. First, whenever we called their office, there was someone to speak with. Second, we checked references from other clients who had nothing but good things to say. Third, we liked our primary contact, Micky, Supreme’s owner. Micky was great to deal with. He was usually very easy to reach by phone or text, and always gave us plenty of time to discuss the project, issues, etc. Lastly, their price for our project was reasonable. Our project was big, and like any project wasn’t without its problems. However, Micky and his team were always available to address the problems. More importantly, they addressed the problems fairly. We never felt that Supreme would use an unforeseen problem as an opportunity to charge us more. We truly felt that our satisfaction was their primary concern. Micky and Supreme were honest, fair, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with how our project came out and get so many compliments on the finished project. Based upon our experience, I would recommend Supreme for other remodeling projects. In fact, we recently decided to redo another bathroom in our home and hired Supreme for the project.   Superior Remodeling and Micky Kanian did a great job. Micky walked us through the project. He answered all our questions, giving us good guidance on materials and colors. Worked with us to get energy saving items on the Hero Program. If not personally available for consultation, there was a toll free number with a human being on the other end to take messages, with him responding by the next business day Any issues were addressed in a quick and professional manner. He was clear on his schedules and scope of work which made it easier for us to get our appliances on order and whatever we need to buy in time to prevent delays.   I’ve used American Vision Windows in the past and praise, hallelujah, bow down to the window Gods.... they’ve come through again! From sales guy Armen right through to the flawless installer-pros of Javier, Alejandro, Leo, and Ian, it couldn’t have gone smoother. These guys know their biz. Gorgeous affordable perfectly replicated windows (we were sticklers on having absolutely identical windows to the 1956 story book ranch ones we had... but waaaay better) installed in what seemed like no time... fast, clean, friendly and, well, AWESOME! Ya don’t need to spend a billion dollars to get great quality lifetime windows guys! Just use American Vision Windows and be wowed. Getting new windows doesn’t have to be a pane in the ***....   There were initial hiccups and delays due only to COVID-19 backlog issues. The installation crew was fantastic. They were competent, courteous and thorough. The windows themselves are beautiful and very well made. Miguel was the lead, and credited the perfect fit to the measuring specialist who had come weeks before. There was a crew of 3 to install the 10 windows, and a specialist for the slider. The window crew (Miguel, Jesse and Gio) worked together like a well choreographed dance; each knew what part was his, but they all knew what the other guy was doing. Their truck and tools were well-organized. That means they could be efficient without much discussion. The slider guy, Daniel, did a beautiful job micro-fitting and balancing the slider and screen into the hole he created removing the old one. They cleaned up every area as they went, inside and out.   We used the Simi Valley location of this company. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The quote we got was a bit higher than other providers, but it was clear we would get a better product and service. We chose Anlin Del Mar series, with triple-pane glass and soundproofing. Once the windows were measured, about six weeks later installation happened in a single day--we left for work and by the time we went home we had a house full of brand-new windows, and all was left clean and tidy. Most windows were retrofit, but one window had to be new construction to meet standards for bedroom egress. The inspector commented on what a good job the team had done in installing that new casement window. The windows are lovely with very smooth action of opening, closing and locking.   Last month we had all 14 windows replaced in the house. In two places there were two double-hung windows right next to each other and those became large sliding windows, in the living room we had a 5' picture window that became a 6' bay window. In other words, it was a pretty big project, and I was pretty nervous about it, but AVW took good care of us. I interviewed a ton of people for this job, but I went with AVW for two reasons: 1). They had the Anlin Del Mar windows that I wanted for a decent price, and 2). They had Jack. Jack was the no-bs salesman that came out and answered my questions. He didn't tell me the windows were going to be one price, and then tell me I was his new best buddy so he was going to magically lower the price for me personally, and then tell me he was going to throw in something extra for today only. Nope, he told me I'm going to give you the best price I can, and he did. After already getting 5 other quotes I knew exactly what was a fair price and his price was exactly that. So what about the installation? Talk about amazing! The installers arrived en masse at 8am and were gone by 1pm. I was in awe! They had three different teams working and they were extremely efficient. The ones that worked on converting the picture window to a bay window had the hardest time since they had to widen the opening, fabricate supports, and put in a new header, (all of which had to pass the city inspector - which it did), but they made it look easy. Thank you to the hard-working team members: Jesse, Steve, Bryan, Alfredo, Raul, Albert, and Joe. You guys kicked-butt! I have to tell you though, if all they did was a great job this would only be a 4-star review. So why is it a 5-star review? Well, it goes back to Jack. As you know, Jack was a great salesman, but apparently at AVW the salesman is also your project coordinator, so whenever I needed information I always called him. On the day of construction Jack made sure he came out to see if I needed anything and that I was happy with everything. Unfortunately, that day we had a major problem with some other work being done, and that problem was going to set back my stucco timetable and my city inspector schedule. Now, none of this had anything to do with windows, and Jack could simply have said "bummer, not my job", but he didn't. He was genuinely concerned about my problem and he offered to help. He knew a guy who could fix the problem and he put me in touch with that guy. He also came out the day the guy and his helper showed up to fix the problem to make sure I was getting what I paid for. Now that's some kick-@ss customer service! I asked Jack why he worked for AVW when he could obviously start his own company and work for himself. He told me, "because I really enjoy working with American Vision Windows". That pretty much sums up this review - I really enjoyed working with American Vision Windowsshow more

  Hired American Vision Windows to replace the windows including two large sliders and a sun window. The crew was exceptionally polite and professional. All eight to ten of them smiled and shook my hand. The three trucks they brought were parked in such a way as to not disrupt my neighbors activities on the cul-de-sac I live on. The job was completed pretty quickly considering the amount they accomplished. The windows were beautifully installed and my house was pretty clean when they left. I am really happy with the service and the quality of the windows. I would highly recommend themshow more
