They were organized in their planning and professional in execution. We knew when they would be there and what specifically they would be working on and they were always amenable to our ad hoc suggestions or late requests. In our case a simple garage upgrade transformed into some interior remodeling as we began thinking out-loud about what we wanted, which they began right away. The workers themselves were genuinely nice people who were easy to talk to and respectful. We have had workers from other companies leave a mess of the work site and throw their trash wherever they pleased, so it was nice to work with people who were mindful of being in someone?s home. The quality of the work surpassed our own expectations to be quite honest and we are very happy with what they have done. - Cut Rate Glass IncI requested a quote to replace my window. i gave them the estimated measurements in my inital message and was given a quote. I had them come out the next day (on a Friday) to measure and give me accurate quote. price was only $10 more then the inital quote. they were out on Monday to install it. Albert is the one who came for the quote and the install. He was professional, quick and pleasent all around person. He showed up on time both days. I highly recommend this company! They were cheaper then other competitors but that doesnt mean their values are cheap. Their quality and professionalism were far better then the other companies I dealt with

"Everything turned out okay. There was a person who took care of everything. They were out to do a repair but they didn't have what they needed. They had to come back and order the parts. There were just some delays due to some human error. As far as the skill of completing the job, he did a good job. The price was fine. It was handled professionally. When they came out to do the repair and couldn't because they didn't have all the parts. The person who basically set up the order had not filled out the paperwork properly. We asked them to do an estimate on another job. They're a window company but they didn't have a measuring tape which we thought was kind of odd. They borrowed that. Once they got done, it was all fine but it was a little clunky along the way. They did a good job when they got it done.
