- Ever-Ready Pest Control IncWe thought we were seeing bed bugs near our fireplace so Rick Beaumont came out to inspect and give us a plan for control. Thankfully, we had caught a few of the critters in a Tupperware container. He inspected them with a microscope and determined they were actually bat bugs. I had never heard of bat bugs but apparently they are a close relative to bed bugs and the differences can only be seen under a microscope. Bat bugs are apparently much easier to control than their pesky relative since they have evolved to feed on bats instead of humans. We have a bat house on the side of our house where we were seeing the bugs so the first solution will be to move it somewhere else. Thanks to Rick's expertise these insects were correctly identified and saved us a lot of money and headaches from having to treat for bed bugs

He repaired several holes created by the rodents and really went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. He set traps on our roof and made sure to check on them when needed. Since he’s the owner he really cares about doing a good job. We dealt with a large company first and they never checked in with us, with multiple no-shows to scheduled appointments. Nate was the complete opposite, and I will definitely refer him to my friends and family

After months, I was still getting spiders in my basement and wasps flying in from nests they did not remove. I canceled my service since they were not doing what they said they would do. They still want me to pay $156 for a discount month one. They want to force me to do what I said I would do even though they will not hold themselves to the same standard. A good business would not obligate a customer to pay if they are not happy. Not Joshua's pest control. Whoever leads this company should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly could not care less about these negative reviews, but I'm leaving her in the hope that someone will see it and when they see a sales person walk up to their door DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR!

"We had an experience with EcoPro wildlife last year that “fixed” the problem “professionally”. They didn’t catch the raccoon, didn’t properly fix the whole, weren’t communicative throughout the process, and didn’t honor their warranty.

Called several “Big name” companies and they all had 2-3 week wait lists. I found Amanda on Angie’s List. I called, and I’m sure the universe was working with me, she was at my house in 2 hours! Set her trap and caught the squirrel before she left!!! BEFORE she left!! Said squirrel was very pregnant!! And had I waited on the others to come I likely would have had an entire family in my house!! She left the trap in case there were more. She retrieved the trap several days later and secured not only the hole where Momma made her nest but also another one made by a woodpecker.
