Does not provide itemized invoices. (multiple phone calls requesting one, never received)
They don't refund partial months rent once you are out. Who does this?? And they continue to send you invoices. (Their response... "It's an automated system." Maybe that's the problem.
"Climate controlled" seems to be a term used quite loosely, so if you are still considering renting here after reading the poor reviews all over the internet because it's one of the few climate controlled units in town, just consider that whenever I walked into my building, summer or winter, the temperature felt no different than outside.
