"I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for about 2 years. I knew this would be a large project including removing a wall and adding a laundry room and all new wood floors thru out . I talked to many contractors but no one really came up with a good plan to expand my small galley kitchen. We met with Jack and he had a vision that no one else came up with, we loved his plan for our kitchen. Then we met Aaron and all our fears of having someone work in our home doing major construction were put to rest. He was so professional and an absolute perfectionist. He kept me informed everyday of the project and answered any and all questions or changes we wanted along the way. My husband and I were so impressed with these guys that I started added more to my project. Aaron added custom trim work and did an amazing job. He takes absolute pride in his work. One of the guys that works with Aaron, Dave was also just as professional, we left them alone in our home without a worry. They were extremely respectful of our home and our time. "Our condominium property management recommended Stanford to have our condo carpets cleaned. &nbsp;I set up an appointment and Robert was punctual ( actually a few mins early). &nbsp;We had moved the small breakable items, lamps and tables before he arrived. &nbsp;He moved the couches and dining table and then put them back after cleaning. &nbsp;He pre-treated &nbsp;and then steam-cleaned living room/dining room and 2 bedrooms. &nbsp;It took about an hour and a half. &nbsp;I am very pleased at how clean and fresh-smelling the carpets are. "They came out the same day to give a quote. We walked around the house and noted spots to be repaired or looked at to be repaired. The price was high, but it had been difficult to get anyone out to do the job and they could start the next workday so I decided to go with them. They were very professional during the walk-around and quote period but after giving me a quote they acted more like a "used car salesman" pushing the sale along. The workmanship was poor in some areas. For example one part of wood repaired stuck out a quarter inch than the existing and they didn't put it with the grain of the existing wood. The window sills were also poorly done with little attention to detail. When additional repairs beyond the scope were found, they quoted a price three times a similar job I had done six months earlier. They did come down on the price. Their initial material fee was no where near what they spent on actual materials.
