Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc.The experience was wonderful. Two crews arrived about 8:50 in the morning and we’re finished by 2:30. They left the yard better than they found it and every single one of the men working was extremely courteous. This was my mothers house and I will certainly be using them on my house in the not too distant future. I was so happy with all of it you can’t tell there was anything done except for the two little patches in the driveway. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful they treated us during the process. Everyone from Roxanne in the office to the different companies they sent out to do inspections. Jon cancelled our first designated date for a bid because he had to speak with a contractor. We mutually agreed on a different date for him to take a look at what needed to be done. Nobody showed up on that date. I called him and he was very apologetic and came quickly. However, I have not heard from him in over a week so went with a different company.

We hired Luis Carrasco of Arbors and Patios to replace the walkway and front porch at our house in January 2021. We chose him because he had done a good job laying pavers in our rear patio a few years ago. This time we wanted decorative concrete and a larger porch. His crew began the job in early February, removing the old concrete, laying forms and pouring concrete for two sets of steps, a new path and the porch. Unfortunately, winter storms delayed the staining and completion of the project until early March. We were satisfied with the results except for one mistake -- a large, shoe-shaped stain on the sidewalk by the walkway. The stain could not be washed off or erased. Two months later, in mid May, a large crack appeared above the steps, crossing the entire width of the walkway. We were concerned that it might grow larger so we asked Luis to have someone seal the crack. Despite assurances by e-mail that he would send a crew to take care of it, nothing happened for weeks. At last, on June 24, while we weren't home, someone from Arbors and Patios applied a filler. The work was not perfect (the crack is still noticeable on one side) but we were satisfied.

Not good - Josh came out to provide an estimate. He was very aggressive. Implied that we could not afford. My husband explained that we understood what he was saying and that he kept repeating himself. Hi left saying that he would provide an estimate, I contacted Heather twice and was told that we would receive an estimate no later than Thursday 5/13...to date, we have not received a response from Heather or Josh. Not sure how contractors are entering the homes of potential clients and assuming they are illiterate and don't have money. This is becoming disgraceful.
