My problem was never resolved. They may be a good service for pests, but not for bed bugs. They came out 3 times and the problem was never fixed. There were additional charges and when I asked to speak to someone with more authority, the salesperson never had anyone call me back. Their customer service is lacking. We invested over $600 and all the woman could say to me was that they would not guarantee the total removal unless we spent even more money. I asked if there could be some lesser charge because of what I had spent and there was no response.

AAA Bees One LLCI really couldn't be happier with AAA Bees One. I had just put a lot of money into repainting my house and refinishing my decks when I noticed the dreaded signs of carpenter bee damage. They really did a number on different areas of the house and deck. I called Dee at AAA Bees One. He was out that day and showed me the problem and assured me they had the tools and skills to eradicate the pests. It took one treatment and a smaller follow-up to do the job. Equally important, there was an issue with a bit of normal chemical residue that interacted with a few areas of the deck that had not completely dried. While up on the ladder by the attic vent, he was kind enough to swap out a burned out dusk-to-dawn light bulb for me.
