"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!

"The two guys did an excellent job of cleaning everything. They were able to remove stains that were left by a different cleaning company the last time the carpets were cleaned. We wanted to get them to arrive earlier in the day, but had to accept a 4pm appointment due to their busy schedule. The crew actually arrived at 3pm and were completed by 4:15 pm. The crew was very friendly and conscientious.

"Tony did some AMAZING work! &nbsp;We had a leather set (sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman) that we thought could not be saved. The set had years of wear and tear, with numerous big dogs in the house who loved to lounge all over it, it was a mess. Some of the attached seat cushions were even tearing away from the backs of the sofa and loveseat. It seemed to be an impossible job, but it was a high-quality set that I didn't want to throw away if I didn't have to. I had a terrible time finding people to quote the job. Upholstery shops didn't want to work with leather. Leather shops didn't want to do upholstery repairs. But Tony was willing and able to do both and the results were OUTSTANDING. <br /> When he came out to quote the job, he assured us that when he was done, our set would look like new again. I'll admit that I was skeptical... it was in really bad shape. Last night, he brought all of our pieces back and WOW! It seriously DID look like we had gone out and purchased a new set. He had to actually dismantle the sofa and loveseat to repair the cushions. The leather was soft and supple again. <br /> I was very impressed with Tony's knowledge about leather, and enthusiasm, responsiveness, and professionalism. He saved us from spending thousands more to replace our set. <br />

"Excellent company. I live in Troy, Michigan and I have been using Chet's for over 15 years while on their "always clean" program (carpets cleaned twice per year). I have never been disappointed with their work. All employees at Chet's are very professional, well-trained, courteous, and very quality conscientious, which no doubt reflects the owner's management style. Just this last month Eric and Mike (the owner's nephew) did a great job in cleaning my carpets, including even repairing a spot where I had carelessly let an ash from a fireplace match fall, searing the carpet. Even though this would certainly not be considered a normal "cleaning" issue, at no added charge, Mike carefully trimmed the burnt fibers so thoroughly that the spot is no longer detectable! Again, Chet's always exceeds my expectations, and I will never use another vendor. Some may think their prices are on the high side, but believe me you always receive quality and value for what you pay. A great company!
