Afret laboring for about six hours Ducan called Lane Furniture and was told that the part we requested was no longer available and that we had been sent the "closest parts"  In spite of working several hours with the incorrect parts, Duncan still attempted to make it right by following up with Lane Furniture. Then he was informed that the correct part was no longer available.

Duncan did a FANTASTIC job repairing some 10-year-old Thomasville Furniture for my husband and I. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and clearly very good at what he does. We would recommend him to anyone looking to have quality furniture repair done in their home. Thank you Duncan!!!

It took many weeks to get the part but that was not Duncan's fault.  The manufacturer guaranteed delivery, then failed to send the needed part.  Duncan, and his wife, had to spend much time working to get the manufacturer to follow thru on their responsibilities.  The repair was completed today and the chair looks great.  Many service companies would have given up long ago with all the time it took to get this part.  Duncan never gave up.  It took almost 5 months and as soon as the part arrived, Duncan contacted me to come out and put it on.  I am so please with his work that I will most definitely call him in the future any time I have such a need.  I highly recommend him to all.

Duncan, answered phone calls, showed up when he said he would, and did exactly what he said he would....which was exactly what I wanted. Parts had to be ordered and Duncan kept us informed the whole way.

Duncan called when he was about 40 minutes out to tell me he would be on time for the appointment. He was very professional and courteous of my home. The chair was repaired within the quoted price range. Provided some leather care tips to prolong the life. Would definitely recommend his service.

Duncan did an amazing job! I needed the repair done on a tight schedule, and he was kind enough to rearrange some of this other appointments to accommodate my timing needs, and came to the house for the repair. He called before he arrived and was very punctual. He not only repaired the broken legs on an old wardrobe, but he touched up all the other nicks and dents on the piece. He worked very quickly, and the wardrobe looks absolutely fantastic. It looks worlds better than when we had purchased it. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture repair.

It went fabulously. Duncan came in fixed it up, pretty quickly, I believe, fixed a couple other spots on the piece at no additional cost and was done within an hour. Everything looks great!!! Duncan did such an incredible job we have him scheduled to come back and fix several other wood pieces we have in the house. We're so excited we found him. I would highly recommend anyone with wood grab him up while they can.

It exceeded our expectations!!!!! Duncan was very professional, arrived on time and was very courteous by taking his shoes off and covering the carpet in the area of the repair. His work was top notch, he looked the furniture over, explained what he was going to do and answered any question we had before getting started. You cannnot tell the furniture was ever repaired and it looks better than before it was damaged. He was very knowledgeable and shared some great tips on how to care for our wood furniture. Duncan is very talented, a wealth of knowledge, and someone we highly recommend!

There were three pieces that ended up needing repaired, and that they were. Everything looked like new, very reasonably priced. Happy to do business with them again. Repaired scratches and gouges on table tops, a drawer, and a night stand. Had plenty of availability and got it done quickly. Great service.

What excellent service. I was nervous to hire someone to repair the many spots of wood damage on several pieces of furniture we had throughout our house as it's quite new and we were worried about everything matching. However, the end results are perfect. The wood looks brand new and you cannot tell, even close up, that there are repairs. Duncan provided fast customer service to my questions and gave very reasonable estimates and time frames.

Duncan was incredibly professional, prompt and courteous. He also gave several suggestions to other areas of interest that I'll be taking him up on for future use. I will absolutely be using Duncan's services again in the future.
