"The plumber was friendly and willing to help, but the job was sloppy. The pipes under the bathtub were replaced and no sealant tape was placed on the joints and so it was leaking and the plumber had to return to fix it. The drain was replaced in the bathtub and in the process the paint in the tub was severely scratched and now needs to be redone. A custom valve system was installed under the kitchen sink which leaked constantly and so the plumber had to return to remove it. A corner protector on the wall in the basement was smashed and now needs to be replaced. We feel like we overpaid for this job and our fingers are crossed that we don't have any more issues."
