We had the folks from Tuscan Electric complete a difficult project for us yesterday. They provided a competitive estimate, scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time, and added additional man-power as required to complete the project. We replaced a main entrance foyer light, a dining room light, a ceiling fan in our great room, and the replacement of 18 recessed lights in our walkout basement w/new LED lighting. The issue was that the entry and great room replacements were needed to be completed on current devices installed at a height of 25+ foot. They had to rent a 20 foot ladder, have 3 guys to help navigate the install, the span and weight of the ladder, and a multi lift and to complete the build in the clouds. They were a terrific team, who worked well and in unison. Much thanks to Domenic, Jake, and Jim. We highly recommend...

Excellent work. They charged me a fair price and the work was done in a timely manner. I thought I might have needed some additional circuits installed and they told me that I only needed one additional circuit that needed to be installed. A couple of other companies quoted me a price that was twice as much without coming out to look at what needed to be done. Jim came out for the estimate and Jake performed the work. /i could not recommend Tuscan more highly.

I had Tuscan upgrade the electrical service on both sides of my duplex, my tenant and I were both gone so I had the work done while we were out of town. It worked out great after talking with Armondo I had no qualms about leaving him to handle the work while I was gone. As with any project there is always a glitch or 2, we did not pass our inspection the first time around, but they had a technician out the same day to take care of things. On a personal note, one of the technicians tracked some dirt in on my rug and he took it home and brought it back clean I think that is above and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with them. I had this same service done on another property last year and it cost about a thousand dollars more per unit. My overall option is the office staff was very helpful in answering any questions and scheduling inspections the technicians were professional and for a project of this size it went great. Had a wonderful experience with Dominic and Drilon when thy came out for the estimate. The job was scheduled a few days later to replace our 20 yr old furnace and air conditioner. The team of young men worked very hard and were courteous and easy to work with. They cleaned up after the work was done and we couldn’t be happier. They also fixed our leaky faucet at the same time. you want an honest and fair electric, heating and plumbing company, hire Tuscan and ask for Jim Cox. My attic fan stopped working causing my ac to work overtime. I hired a different electrician who came out, went into the attic and then put in a new switch, which didn’t solve the problem, charged about $350 and said I should have them put in a whole house fan for between $4,500 and $11,000, depending on the options I chose. That fan wouldn’t cool my attic and would draw hot air from outside into the living space. I then called Tuscan. Jim Cox came out, went into the attic, noticed the fan was humming but wouldn’t turn unless he pushed it with his pen. He made a video of the fan for me to watch. He then gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the fan, ordered it and told me I needed new insulation. The insulation company convinced me to seal the attic with insulating foam under the roof and on the gable ends, which would completely keep it from heating up. I called Jim and asked him to return the fan, which he did without complaint. I then received Tuscan’s invoice for $0. I now know where to go for electrical, heating and plumbing work.

We wanted a L2 charger for an EV. Our panel was totally full so we also needed a subpanel. This was further complicated by us having a finished basement. The guys who did the installation were courteous, professional and were detail oriented. They gave us a fair price on the install, and they didn’t even end up having to cut through dry wall like they had estimated. Everything was tidied up at the end as well. We will definitely call them again if we need any other work done that they can do.

We hired Tuscan Heating & Air to replace our furnace and install A/C. They also added new ducts, and a new return all in one day. They had fair pricing, and we're impressed with the quality and efficient work. After meeting so many different companies, Tuscan was the only one that could 1) solve the duct work problem in the crawlspace 2) insert the ducts without dramatizing getting all new flooring. Thank you!

We absolutely loved Tuscan! We had them do a few different electrical projects and they were on time, clean, and very professional. We definitely will be hiring them for all of our future electrical, HVAC, and plumbing needs!
