Roger walked me through how to fix my central vac. It was a simple problem and he was quite a ways from my home. He recommended that I not get a "tune up" that another company suggested since it would be a waste on my older system. This saved me a lot. I replaced the part myself and all is well. He was very helpful and if it wasn't for the distance I would have used him

This guy was totally great. As I expected, he told me that he needed to open up a hole in our wall to repair an interior breakage. He suggested opening the reverse wall in a laundry room rather than the inlet wall in our family room - I didn't have to tell him. Instead of leaving broken pieces of drywall on the laundry room floor, he replaced the neatly cut wall piece into the wall, where all I have to do is apply a little joint compound and paint and be done. Then he inspected all the inlets and also the vacuum unit itself. He repaired two incorrectly installed inlets and the system is running terrific again

The job went very well and completed in the same day. Prior to the work being done, Roger provided me with a quote the same day as my initial contact with him. He called me two days prior to the scheduled installation to confirm. Roger arrived at the time he said he would on the morning of the job. He first walked around the house with us to plan out the job and give us options on where the inlets could be placed. Once the job was planned, he went to work. He was efficient and cleaned the areas after he finished. He educated me on how the system runs and on bag replacement. The price for the installation work was as it was quoted to me. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for central vacuum systems

Roger is fantastic! He installed our central vac system when our house was constructed 10 years ago (he was chosen by the contractor), and his service has been fantastic over the years. He did a great job expanding the system when we finished the basement later on, and sent us some free accessories when I offered to install a replacement part myself without him having to make a service call. Last week, when a motor went bad and my wife was panicking about cleaning before a dinner party, he came the same day to make the repair -- and his rates are very reasonable. Can't recommend him highly enough
