Work done promptly came on time

The job went very well and completed in the same day. Prior to the work being done, Roger provided me with a quote the same day as my initial contact with him. He called me two days prior to the scheduled installation to confirm. Roger arrived at the time he said he would on the morning of the job. He first walked around the house with us to plan out the job and give us options on where the inlets could be placed. Once the job was planned, he went to work. He was efficient and cleaned the areas after he finished. He educated me on how the system runs and on bag replacement. The price for the installation work was as it was quoted to me. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for central vacuum systems.

Roger was prompt, courteous, professional and personable.   Our system was acting a bit funny and not up to par, so we knew it needed some attention.  Roger took the unit apart and diagnosed the issue fairly quickly.  The repair did not take that long for him to do.  After that he repaired one of the central vac outlets that had a slight leak.   I really liked that he explained everything and did not try to "upsell"!   On a different note, we have a rescue dog that is a bit shy and Roger was so good with her!

*** I used the vacuum after writing the details above - I knew that our system wasn't running right, but I had no idea that our system wasn't nearly as powerful as it should have been.  Holy camoly that thing is ridiculously good now - thanks Roger!

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Once it was installed he walked me through how to use it and clean it etc. we are thrilled with our central vac, my husband and I sometimes fight over who gets to vacuum!
