- Freedom Heating & CoolingI was pleased with them. They did good. I would use them again. But there is one thing that...you know when you go get your car fixed and they tell you something else is wrong and you need this and you need that. That was the same thing with the air conditioning and furnace. So I don't know exactly if they needed it or they were just trying to make more money. I trust them because I've used them for a couple of years. They came out and the first year, they didn't say I needed anything and the second year, they said I needed like a capacitor or something like that. But I don't know nothing about it so I don't know how to tell if I really needed one or not. It was a different person that came out on the different ones and I just...it makes you wonder, makes you think whenever you do something and they recommend something else that costs more money. It makes you think about it. I do like them, but I just don't know if I 100% trust, after they did that

"I've utilized this company a few times over the past few years; each time, they are very professional and courteous, and they explain what they are doing and give good tips to help you maintain your equipment. They are not like a lot of the other HVAC companies out there that just want your money and don't really do any work - just make it look like they are doing something - then try to upsell their services (they don't do that, refreshing!).

"Coolray has always had a solid reputation in Metro Atlanta. I've lived in this house for 19 years and the existing AC unit is at least 29 years old. Each year the Coolray service techs tell me they would love to sell me a new 3-ton AC Unit...but since my current outside unit is still working there is no reason to mess with a good thing. Of course, this system uses freon and you can't legally buy it anymore, you just can't find a more honest service company than Coolray.
They did install a new Trane furnace 10 years ago during the winter when the older one died, but it was a great deal and an incredibly smooth installation. I would suggest Coolray to anyone who needs an honest service company that you can trust will get the job done right the first time.
