"I had a lot of carpentry repairs needed on the fascia, under the chimney cap, on the covered porch, around doors and windows; the house was a bit of a mess. But they got it all, and the covered porch trim looks amazing. I upgraded the paint to Sherwin Williams Emerald for the trim and requested two applications of S.W. Duration on the southern-facing siding. Now, everything looks great!"

"Terrible Quality and Non-Existent Warranty - AVOID! We spent over $10,000 painting our house and deck with this company, specifically choosing them for their promised warranty. What a mistake. Our deck started peeling just 8 months later. We were explicitly told it was guaranteed at the time of service, but when contacted, they claimed otherwise. Their "fix" was a quick spot paint that made it look worse. When we said something that said they would come paint the rest of it. Since then they've been stringing us along for three months now with promises to reschedule to paint the rest of the deck for uniformity. Now they don't even reply. On the house, the "UV resistant" paint (Sherwin Williams, supposedly 5-year fade resistant) on the sun-exposed side is faded in barely a year. The 3-year house paint warranty they tout is utterly non-existent in practice. It's clear they just subcontract the work, with zero accountability for quality or their own guarantees. We paid a premium for peace of mind and received nothing but headaches and broken promises. Save your money and find another painter – you'd get better results for a fraction of the price without the false warranty claims. Never again. The photos below show their patch work on the deck. It would only have taken a little longer to finish it. Another example is in my estimate. They quoted using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat which costs about $74 a gallon, but used just the SuperPaint around $47 per gallon. I know they did this because the painters left the remaining paint with me. Again caution when hiring this company!"

"Incredible job! We hired Hernandez Painting 502 to replace our 42 year old cedar siding with hardie plank siding and to paint. They did an outstanding job!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard for 2 weeks straight. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! "The company did everything with excellence. The owner Mr. Martin give me updates every 2 to 3 hours. The quote was excellent price and it was in writing. The crew work all day to provide a new roof. The result is a new architectural roof up to code quality material. No more leaks. Afterwards, clean up was awesome. My lawn, my flowers, my driveways and my sidewalks were back exactly as they were. "Excellent work! This is the 3rd time I have used Jason/All About Painting for exterior painting. 2 for my home(2012,2020);`1 for a friend I was caring for(2007). The crew headed by Ronald were efficient & thorough. Street curb, driveway(150'), carport, sidewalk, pole shed, deck, soffits, shutters and windows pressure washed. Storm windows taken down, carport walls brush washed so water wouldn't get on recently repaired/painted carport ceiling. Gutters (150 ft), downspouts (6)& eaves hand washed with 409. Eaves, soffits, wood sash windows (27), carport walls, front porch wall, doors(6), wrought iron supports & small section of foundation brick all hand painted. Deck (42x12) with 3 stairs cases painted with solid stain, poles and landscape timbers underneath, shed poles & trim painted. Exterior of sash windows & both sides all storm windows hand washed. Recently had interior painted but used a friend of a neighbor...big mistake. Should have used Jason/All About painting."
