- C H Tel. & TV Co., Inc.We were having line quality issues with the three phone lines in our house/home office. Spoke with Charlie and explained the issues we were having. He was very professional and I felt like he had a good understanding of our problem. One of his techs was out to our house the following day. Rick spent time checking all the jacks and lines and running a test line from the outside phone box, bypassing our existing wiring and jacks. After hooking up the test line and hearing the same line quality issues, we recognized that the phone company's lines outside the house were the culprit. Charlie gave us some suggestions for dealing with the phone company. It was apparent that both Charlie and Rick were very experienced and delivered excellent customer service. If we have phone issues in the future I will be certain to call upon them

He knows all the ins and outs of audio visual equipment and was able to quickly adjust connections so our remotes work the way they're supposed to. It was my first experience with Satellite TV and I was lucky to have William there to discuss the installation and entry point into the house with the technician. In addition to what I initially hired him to do, which was mount the TV, he spent over an hour looking for the demarcation point (it had been walled in) so the satellite cables could be pulled. He also completed the wiring for my phone and DSL lines since the phone company was not able to complete the installation the day before due to the "missing" Dmarc box. I would not have had a working phone, DSL or Satellite TV that day without William's knowledge, experience and expertise! I highly recommend William David Design and will be using William for future projects

- COMCASTThe cable includes every channel they have. I have 2 XVRs at their new system. I have 2 of the permanent which would give me access to the standard channels but I'm not high definition. The DVRs give high definition to both sets they have been attached to. The XVR gives you the ability to record more shows that you could ever watch at the same time. It's a bundle and that price includes a discount but I'm sure it's not a permanent discount and when it runs out, we'll have to renegotiate. The internet is just amazing. Back in the old days, I was teaching online and so I was using my computer almost all the time so that I could be responsive to my students. I needed to have a fast line and Bellsouth could not give me a fast line where I live. I called them and they said that's the maximum speed they have for where we are so I had to move to Comcast to get a better speed. Lately, they just quadrupled their speed. Once you've used it, you don't want to use anything else. For their punctuality, they are right on time
- VONAGEI have used Vonage for about a year. They provide me with unlimited long-distance within the United States and overseas plus one additional line. I have had a couple issues with quality but they have always fixed the problem once I call and let them know about it. I also like that they include a transcript of each voicemail sent to my email inbox. I will continue to use Vonage

"I think consumer reports rates them as the best long distance telephone company. You just pay taxes on it and I think the cost of service per month is like $350 and then I got the premier it makes it about $16 a month or something like that. I just going to website and register the phone unit and that was it. It was pretty easy. In the pack it gives you all those information to register the phone on the website once that is registered you get phone number and everything and plug the unit in and it works. There is no phones in the packet it is a unit that will allow you to plug a phone into it and I got a cordless phone system so I got two cordless phone that I used them with it. I have recommended them to others.
