I like that they resolve issues quickly. They offer a lot of packages. The cell phone coverage is good. We do experience good customer service, even though they are such a huge conglomeration.

I really like them because it is convenient to have only one bill to pay every month. The guys that have come out have all been very professional, and let me know I could call whenever I need.

IT WAS JUST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE WERE LONG HOLD TIMES, BUT NOT AS LONG AS SOME OTHER PEOPLE HAVE. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND VERY EAGER TO HELP. THE SIGNAL IS OKAY.

THEY ARE AN ACCEPTABLE BROADBAND ISP. I SAY ACCEPTABLE IN THAT USUALLY THE SERVICE WORK IS FINE. IT DELIVERS WHAT IS EXPECTED. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF OUTAGES. IT HAS TAKEN ME THE BETTER OF TWO HOURS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHEN I CALL. IT'S ANNOYING BECAUSE IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM, AND I KNOW WHAT IT IS.

BASICALLY I DID ALL THE WORK. IT WAS A DO-IT-YOURSELF JOB. THEY SEND YOU OUT THE MODEM AND HOOK IT UP YOURSELF. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO GET IT HOOKED UP. SOMEHOW MY ORDER GOT MESSED UP IN THE BEGINNING.

I AM BASING THIS ON THREE SERVICE CALLS. IN ALL THREE CALLS THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY POLITE, BUT THE FIRST 2 DID NOT WRITE DOWN NOTES ABOUT THE CONVERSATIONS WE HAVE HAD. THE THIRD WAS STUNNED BECAUSE THE OTHER 2 HAD NOT MADE ANY NOTES. I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN FINE SINCE THEN.

I WOULD SAY GENERALLY I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. A FEW TIMES, NOT IN THE LAST YEAR, WE'VE HAD THE INTERNET GO DOWN, BUT IT REALLY HASN'T BEEN MUCH. THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY RELIABLE.

I'M HAPPY WITH IT. USUALLY I GET ON THE INTERNET AT NIGHT, AND THAT'S WHEN IT USUALLY GOES DOWN. ESPECIALLY DURING THE DAY IT'S FAST, AND IT'S ALWAYS UP AND RUNNING. IT DOESN'T GO DOWN DURING THE DAY. WE ARE HAPPY WITH BELL SOUTH. I THINK THE PROGRAM WITH THE INTERNET, PHONE, AND FAX MACHINE IS GREAT.

WE HAD ACTUALLY STARTED WITH TIME WARNER, AND THE DSL SERVICE WAS A GREAT DEAL FASTER. THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN TIMES WHEN THE SERVICE HAS GONE OUT. WE DIDN'T EXPERIENCE THOSE PROBLEMS WITH OUR PREVIOUS SERVICE.

THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UP AND DOWN. WE DON'T GET CONSTANT SERVICE. GENERALLY I HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY WITH IT. I JUST THINK IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. I THINK THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE ISSUES WHERE OUR INTERNET SERVICE WAS DONE, AND THEY SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM ON OUR END WHEN IT WAS A PROBLEM ON THEIR END.

THEY WERE PLEASANT. IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD SO FAR. WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS, AND I CAN'T SAY IT'S THE PRICE THAT DROVE ME TO THEM, BUT THE CONVENIENCE.

IT WAS SATISFACTORY. MY PHONE WORKS AND SO DOES MY COMPUTER. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY DISRUPTION IN SERVICE, AND THEY ALSO JUST MOVED MY SERVICE. I JUST DID IT ONLINE, AND IT WAS CONVENIENT. I PAY MY BILL ONLINE.
