  • DTR Installation
Carlos did a great job, hardworking. Home Depot totally botched the install and Carlos finished the job. I called the afternoon before and he was here the next morning. Great service and attitude. Thank you Carlos!

  • Annexo Appliance Repair
My installation was done within a couple hours of my request and the installation was done very professionally and all items were checked to insure everything was installed properly and the dryer was working correctly before the service call was completed. He also checked to insure the washer was properly installed by someone else. Highly recommended

  • Appliances Connection
My wife and I had been considering purchase of a Samsung 4 door refrigerator for about 6 months. We had been tracking the price regularly so we knew the range of sale prices very well. When I saw an ad for the model we wanted on Appliances Connection, it was the best price we had seen. The fact that it included free shipping made it fall into the category of maybe too good to be true! We decided to give it a try, and the purchase process couldn't have been better! The communication and feedback to my questions was very quick which improved my confidence. The fridge was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We also intend to upgrade our dishwasher and cooktop shortly and I'll have no qualms about purchasing from Appliance Connection based on my experience

  • Quinn Appliance Co.
The wife and I stopped by Quinn's on Saturday (2/5) without an appointment, and around noon. Since no one was in the showroom when we entered, I'm guessing we interrupted lunch for anyone working. It was only about a minute or so before a salesman (John Bill/Beal I think was the name) came out to greet/help us. I informed him that it was suggested to me by a builder friend that we speak with Andrew Rhodes, but we were informed that he would be out for a few weeks, so we began discussing with John what our needs were for our under construction home. We've had two much time to research brands during the delay in construction, and I tend to get confused on some of the options and changes in new models of some of the ranges and ovens, so I started making statements about some of Wolf's Ranges and Ovens expecting John to correct/elaborate on anything I said that was wrong or incomplete. But instead John made a very condescending comment about I couldn't teach him anything about these appliances because he'd been doing this for over twenty years. Of course this caught me off guard and I said, QUOTE "You don't have to be an A$$" and turned to my wife and said lets go......In a split second, John headed toward the back of the showroom, and we left the store. That's the facts, and now my reasoning for a 1 star review. The type of appliances Quinn's sale are high end and expensive. We've already received quotes from Ferguson's and Friedman's for 50+ thousand dollars of appliances, and when you're spending that kind of money you explore all options. Maybe John was having a bad day, maybe he didn't want to waste his time since I originally was looking for another salesman,, but it really doesn't matter to me, because if you consider yourself a upscale appliance store like Quinn does, then customer service is only as good as your weakest link, and from my experience during this visit, I'm guessing that any calls/delivery/installation questions or concerns will be handled in the same 'don't bother us' type of attitude we received during this visit, and that's not what I expect when spending that type of money. Sorry if you feel different

  • D & S Design Build Inc
I highly recommend this company for their overall ability to transform a small dull bathroom into a showpiece! They gave me a start date and estimated completion date in which both were right on target. From their design ideas to their quality workmanship, I am totally satisfied. No subcontractors were needed at all, even doing their own tile work and suggesting a herringbone pattern which instantly created a sense of space and graceful movement to my small bathroom. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and you will not be disappointed at all if you select them as well

  • LOWE'S
Very worst experience and fully depressed after reaching out to lowe's in person and over phone. Spent so much of my productive time tracking where is my order and no show. No one in lowe's nor customer service is able to track or tell what happened to the ordered items. Very very bad customer service. No one answers and even if they pick up the call they are putting the phone on hold for hours. Now I'm in panic state that I lost my money and no one says what happened to delivery. Please don't buy appliances in lowe's. Its just waste of money and time

Sewell Appliance has been the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. They do not communicate with their customers. I understand the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, but they take your money and do not deliver the product you paid for nor do they communicate about the delays nor expectations as to when you might receive the product. I will warn you to avoid this company

  • Home Depot - Buckhead
We bought a dual fuel Kitchenaid stove from Home Depot in Buckhead. They subcontracted the installation work to AGS. We also had to add a new gas line and upgrade the existing electrical circuit. We scheduled the gas line and electrical work on the day before the stove installation was scheduled. Everything went flawlessly. All work was completed on time and at the quoted price. The only glitch was a missing gas flex line when the stove was delivered but the subcontractor supplied a substitute

  • SAGE PATINA Estate Sales
WONDERFUL!!!!!! Could not have asked for a a more professional couple. They were friendly and really knew what they were doing. From set up to cleanup it was more than i could ask for. I wish i had known about them before !!!!! I will definitely use them again in the future. I loved the fact they did everything themselves and seemed to take such pride and joy in doing it. I dont know where they get their energy!!!! Thank you Amy and Chris. You both are amazing
