"Amber was very friendly and helpful. She quoted me to drop a tree in a tricky spot and I'd clean up and keep the wood. We agreed they would cut pieces down to about three feet. The original day they were scheduled got delayed due to rain, they attempted to top the tree the next day with guy that was pretty green.. and rescheduled again due to winds . The third day they brought an expert and he topped the tree quickly. They did cut up some of the brush but left very large pieces including an 8 ft by 3 ft trunk. When I asked to cut it smaller, they said they wont cut it unless they are hauling it away. Overall I'm happy with the service but it was a bit more clean up than I expected.
