Repair was exactly as I expected. When I called initially, the scheduler was polite and clear and up front about pricing for their services. I was able to have someone come out the next morning. They called and let me know he was on the way (and he was even early). Technician was polite and professional and completed the repairs quickly. I phoned Mr. Pant last night just after 9pm. He answered the phone and said he would come by in the morning between 10am and 12noon. He phoned one half hour prior to arriving. He was familiar with Samsung dryers and was able to diagnose and repair the dryer within an hour. Very happy and I would recommend.

,Called for service, after finding reputable company who works on Samsung Dryers, which took a while. Scheduled technician to come out the next afternoon. Received phone call later in the day from the appointment scheduler that the tech could come the next morning, but I declined since I had already scheduled to be off work the next afternoon. Tech arrived within scheduled window, quickly assessed the dryer problems and went through several checks, including a call to Samsung support with the error code (since Samsung couldn't provide that code in their instruction manual). Tech indicated parts would be ordered the next day, but because they are Samsung parts it would be 3-5 business days. Tech or appointment scheduler would call when parts arrived. Tech indicated parts could be installed next day, which is fantastic. After 5 days I called scheduler and tech to find out status. Found out the parts were back-ordered, figured I had no choice but to wait. Waited another 5 days, called tech and found out parts are still back-ordered and he wasn't getting good feedback on when the parts would arrive. Tech suggested I call parts company and gave me their number and the two product numbers. Found the two parts online in my own search, ordered the parts separately and had them shipped to my home. Upon receipt, I called the scheduler to set something up the next day and was told that wasn't possible, stated what the tech had told me and still was told no. Scheduled for two days later. On a side note, the appointment scheduler has a very strong foreign accent which sometimes makes her difficult to understand or her to understand the issue you are having. Tech came out, quickly took apart the dryer, replaced the bad parts with the ones I ordered. Put the dryer back together and ran some tests to make sure all was well. Stayed about 20 minutes after fixing the dryer to make sure it was running properly on all temps and sensor vs non-sensor settings. Overall, a fantastic job by the tech, very professional, knows what he is doing and makes a quick job of it. Though my interactions with the appointment scheduler weren't great, the tech gets an A+. I would definitely use them again. though in the future I would just order the parts on my own to save time.

I left PJ a message around 10am and he called back right away to schedule a time frame (6 to 9 pm) for that day. He offered a 11am to 1 pm time slot, but I was unavailable. He called to give a half hour notice before showing up and came with the part he suspected he would need. He gave a price before starting the work after assessing the problem. The repair took about 1 hour and he was very courteous and professional. He also cleaned up a huge mess of dryer lint within the machine that he found when working on the repair. I would definitely recommend the company and I will be calling again for any future services needed.

Technician came within hours of my call, diagnosed the issue as a bad heating element within minutes, finished the replacement within an hour, and answered some questions I had afterwards. I was very satisfied overall. Price was a bit more than I was hoping to have to pay, but can't argue with same day service.

Our 2 1/2 yo Samsung dryer suddenly stopped heating. After getting the run around from A&E Factory Services I called Appliances Pro. The dryer had been down for over a week and I wanted to have it fixed sooner than later. Appliances Pro came out the same day I called. Nick, the technician was very polite and professional and quickly determined it was the heating element (apparently this is common in Samsung dryers). He explained and showed me everything he was doing so I could replace it on my own in the future if it happened again. Not only did he replace the heating element, he replaced a roller that was going bad and thoroughly cleaned accumulated lint out of the dryer. I do think the price was a bit on the high side (originally $385 but I had a $55 coupon from their web site) but I'm okay with it due to the prompt and excellent service. I would use Appliances Pro again if necessary.

Very unreliable. I picked the company for the good reviews they received. Bad decision on my part. The Company was a no show and denied making the appointment even though the phone log at my office shows the call was made by the company to my office phone. On 11/22/16 I called the company at around 7:45 from my office and left a message asking them to call me about a broken dryer. According to the phone log on my work phone - a USG phone - the call was returned from the company number at 8:28AM. I told them what I needed fixed and offered to give my model number which I was told was unnecessary as they would have the parts. I was given the window of between 9A-11A on Wednesday November 23rd. I provided my home number so they could call me the day of the service. I had to take off from work to get the work done on the dryer. However the company was a no show. I called them around 12 noon on 11/23 to ask where they were and was told they had no record of the service appointment. I verified with my work phone log it was the correct number that I was calling and it was. I called back and set another appointment for 3-6 pm the same day and called once more to confirm that they would for sure be there. I told the man who was on the phone that I for sure spoke with someone at 8:28 AM yesterday and was not happy about the no show and the fact that I had to wait at home all day. To take one day off from work is a loss of over $600 income for me. The man said 'maybe it was me maybe it wasn't i have no record'...however I did have a record. I told him the call came directly from his company and again he said it wasn't him and he had no recollection. I asked that he confirm for sure the person would be on time and the job would be done correctly and he told me that I could go somewhere else for the job. No apology for the company screw up. Nothing. So now - my dryer remains broken. The company lied about coming during the window they gave me. They denied making an appointment with me. They were unapologetic for their screw up. I am out a days wage.

I called the day before and was scheduled for a 9-12 time window. Ali, the technician, called me within the window to advise that he was running behind due to short staffing that day. He showed up around 2pm. Once he got there, he asked me what error code I was getting, said that he had seen that error before on Samsung dryers, and that it doesn't necessarily correspond to what's stated in their user manual. He inspected the dryer, confirmed that it was malfunctioning as I said it was with that error code, and then simply unplugged the unit, waited, replugged it in, and -- it worked! The good news is that it turns out nothing was wrong with my dryer. The bad news is I feel completely stupid! :-) Nonetheless, I appreciate that Ali didn't try to "make up" a problem, do an unnecessary repair, and charge me an exorbitant fee, as some might have done under the circumstances. I gladly paid him the $39 service call charge. Ali was quite courteous and professional. I'd definitely consider using this company again.

Our three year old Samsung dryer stopped working on Dec. 28th. It would run but not heat up and therefore wouldn't dry clothes. Some quick internet research revealed there were a couple likely issues - 1) vent needed cleaned or 2) the heating element went bad. We cleaned it out well and that didn't help. We called ARA on the 28th and they came out the next day. The technician took apart the dryer and found that the heating element had gone bad. We discussed our options and pricing and then ok'd repair of the dryer. The technician also replaced the original dryer venting tube with an upgraded part. We were very happy with the ARA's professionalism, courtesy, and work. We were also very glad they were able to come out on a Saturday afternoon and get this taken care of. Excellent experience and will definitely use them again if we have appliance issues.

We had a great experience with Appliance Geek. When I called, I received an (almost) immediate call back and was able to set up an appointment for the next day with the technician. The technician (Sean) arrived on time and was pleasant, professional and efficient. He determined which part needed to be replaced and said it could be ordered and received within a day or so. Once the part was received, an appointment could be set up for repair. I told him that he could text me as soon as he had the part, which he did 24 hours later, to say that the part would be in the next morning.... he actually received it that night and offered to come the next afternoon to make the repair. He just finished up a little while ago, and I am very happy with how the whole experience went. I will definitely call them again if we have any other issues with our major appliances.

Ali was the technician sent out to assess the issue with my dryer. He was wonderful in all aspects. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my dryer with the utmost proficiency. He even cleaned out the lint stuck in those areas that are hard to reach unless the dryer is taken apart. I would definitely hire DMV Appliance again and specifically ask for Ali.

When our Samsung dryer stopped drying, we called Mr. Appliance. They sent a technician the next day and he had the part within the week. The technician was very pleasant and worked quickly and cleanly. He let us know that the reason a lot of dryers have heating units that burn out was due to the fact the the vents get clogged and air doesn't circulate well enough. He recommended that we also get our dryer vent cleaned professionally, which we did.

They were very responsive and came on a Saturday, the same day I called to repair a Samsung Dryer (bad heating element). They came with the part exactly when they said they would. Only issue is that they seem to charge a premium for the service, as $385 seems to be expensive for this repair compared to others I've seen online. I was ok with paying it to have the work done on a weekend, so overall, I think they were fair.

Samsung dryers are not serviced by everyone so finding this vendor was great. He went out of his way to order the part on a rush basis, scheduled the appointment on a day that was best for me, had to work in a very cramped space as the dryer and washer are stacked and the laundry "room" is quite small - and he even gave me discount because I had to wait (3 days) for the part to come in on line. He was so kind, so friendly, so great and so professional and so honest I would refer him in a heartbeat!

I too was referred by another repair company. They fit me in on the same day I called, which I really appreciated because I wasn't going to be able to stay home for the next few days when they had openings. He replaced the part, but also went the extra mile to vacuum out all the lint inside the machine, the motor, and the dryer vent. He spent a good deal of time doing this, when he could've just popped in the part and left. Clearly, he was focused on doing a great job. The drying is working again! I'd trust them with my other appliances and highly recommend this company.
