Out of the 3 companies we evaluated and measured against our needs Landscapes by Terra was the ONLY choice for us. Many companies to pavers well, many specialize in pavilions or decks, etc, etc, only landscapes by terra do it all and take all of the risk out of the equation and it’s due to their consulting and engagement process. I rarely ever submit reviews online but this company is more than a cut above everyone else. If you want the job done right and exactly in line with your vision there is no other choice in central Ohio. You pay for what you get. Landscapes by terra came in at a much higher cost of everyone else and we gladly spent the money and we are gladly going to enjoy what they built for years and years to come and we would gladly spend the money again. If you want to have a customer experience that delivers exactly what you vision that is effortless during the production phase then you have come to the right place. They will be the first place I call for anything. They even warranty their work for ten years which is unheard of in the industry!"

"Juan and his team did an excellent job on our landscaping. He was able to helped me figure out my restainig wall design (he provided me several options to choose from), removed all the old landscaping (bushes and plants), trimmed one of our trees, put in the new retaining wall and added a few low maintenance plants (which is what I requested) and added some volcanic rock (for low maintenance). We are extremely happy with the end result. It was worth every penny."

Received several bids on "full service"  residential lawn/landscape service including spring clean and irrigation maintenance.  
Dave from Peabody very timely in his responses, and competitive with bid vs. other reputable providers.   Everything nice and itemized, and flexible to tweak a la carte.
Once signed, the grounds team was very fast to get scheduled and work was very clean.  Impossible to get everything on the first go-round when you aren't living there, but the fore-woman Jammi, was very open to feedback and quick to touch things up.  She is also very knowledgable on her plants!
Turf crew has mowed appropriately, not excessively, and very tidy.
Dave continues to impress with periodic checks and professional interactions.

"Took three appointments and three different designers and 3 days off work before I actually was able to connect with one. There was clearly a problem on the back end at this business at the time I was working with them. Designer listened to us, provided a good design at the price agreed upon and communicated well. Price point for execution was significantly higher than competitors, but their portfolio speaks for itself, & I think they would have done good work. Ultimately we decided to delay our project until we have a design that we really love. I will Definitely consider having them do the work at that time."
