Rob came out to give an estimate on putting back 2 panels of a fence that had fallen down. He suggested that replacing the fence would make it look like new (straight & strong) and that the repair we were interested was just a temporary fix. He was right on that issue, but I was just interested in the temporary fix based on current finances. He agreed to do the fix for $100 and came out when he said he would and fixed the fence the way I asked him too. He was very friendly and professional and I'd happily use Adirondack Fence Co. again.

We hired Ace Deck and Fence to construct a vinyl fence and automatic gate for the front of our property in 2018. We were extremely pleased with the work, professionalism of all members of the company and the finished product. Recently, our fence was damaged by our landscapers and we consulted Ace on how to go about fixing the problem. They immediately came out to the property and repaired the damage free of charge. The repair is so clean, we can't even tell where the holes once were. It was SUCH a pleasure working with this company! I called the number at 2pm to see if they could help me out. The gentleman answering the phone said that he had guys in the area that could be here around 3pm. They showed up at 3:06pm and fixed the problem without complication in about 5 minutes. They were all extremely professional, punctual, and friendly. I would work with this company again any time in the future!

Ace Deck & Fence is really great at fencing. They came by and assessed the problems with both of our gates. Ali emailed me the sales order form and let me know that it would be an easy one day job for $175 including materials. They came out two days later and fixed both gates. Very professional group. Our horizontal fence was basically done in one day. We were not 100% satisfied with the fence on a slope. They came back and fixed it at no extra cost. Would definitely use them again. I trust they will get the job done to satisfaction.

Ali is great to work with. We had an issue with the motor that opens our gate. Ace promptly came out to determine what the issue was, ordered us the new parts, and got them installed. Because we ended up waiting a while for the parts to come in, they didn't charge us for the labor. They even came out in the pouring rain to get the job done. I haven't gotten the invoice for the parts yet, so I put $0.00 for the amount. We will always call Ace when we need help with our fences! They are wonderful to work with.

The work was very nice, the only problem I had was that they would say they were coming by on a certain day and not show up. When I called he said the rain was putting him behind schedule, which I had no problem with but a call to tell me of the change of date would of been nice.

GG Door Inc. from scheduling to repair was awesome. They were able to get me on their schedule the next day. They texted a reminder before the appointment time and called when Jack the technician arrived. Due to COVID they reminded me of their mask and distance policy. Jack identified and repaired the senor light issue right away. He also took to time to check the system and let me know about purchasing items to open the gate manually if another failure occurred. I will definitely be using GG Door Inc. again.

This is the 5th time I have used Justin. He has rebuilt an old deck for me, taken down water-damaged dryboard and replaced with new, laid new kitchen and bathroom tile, installed light fixtures, built and installed new kitchen counters, installed new kitchen cabinets, installed new kitchen appliances, fixed gate on fence, painted outside shutters, removed an old, sagging ceiling and replaced with new. He is very professional, always on time and cleans up after he finishes.

Hal Co installed a fence with three gates around our yard Spring of 2014. One of the gate posts warped causing the gate to not close properly. Hal Co responded and replaced the post and the affected gate. Did a superb job of staying in contact and workmanship.

When I needed a call back to fix a few things not to my satisfaction, the company had a positive attitude and wanted to make sure I was pleased. We interviewed several companies for this project. Action Fabricators and Erectors was one of the first to come out and gave us the most comprehensive and detailed estimate of any of the others. They asked whether I wanted to bring the gate in myself (for a reduced cost) or if I wanted them to come out and get it. It was my neighbor's tree that had damaged the gate (a tree I had previously warned him about being a problem) so he was paying for it. Also, in addition to the damage to the gate itself, I wasn't sure if the actual racking mechanism would need tweaking, so I asked them to just come and get it for the higher price. I sat down with my neighbor and we went over the proposals. Action Fabricators was not the least expensive proposal, but many of the proposals I got (some that were even more expensive) either weren't very specific as to what they were going to do or had suggested simple quick fixes to the gate to make it work again that were not in line with what we felt needed to be done. Since it was antique wrought iron and adds significant value to our house (it being our front gate) we really wanted people who knew what they were doing to handle it. We agreed that Action Fabricators had the fairest price for the proposal that they gave. They did a phenomenal job and the gate looks great and functions even better than it did before the tree branch fell on it. This was an absolutely stress free transaction for me, which was particularly important. If and when our wrought iron fence needs maintenance again, we would definitely turn to Action Fabricators and Erectors!

I spent about $350 on that service. His prices were one half of what the other handyman people had asked for and the service he gave me was A1. He arranged the deck for a party to be very stunning. I would recommend the fact that he very quickly diagnoses the problem and he is extremely efficient time-wise and making the repair. When I got the bill, I saw that he was so much more reasonable than any other repair man I have ever had.

My split rail fence is 7 years old, and some of the post are rotting and 3 of my gates were in need of repair. Richard came-out and gave me an estimate to dig-out and replace 8 posts, build a new double gate, repair 1 double gate and 1 single gate. Once I gave Richard the ok, his crew came-out and finished the work very quickly and cleaned up.
