SWi, LLC offers the finest in gate automation, access controls, fence installation, sprinkler installation, landscape installation and minor concrete flatwork. In the summer SWi typically has 12-15 employees and 4-5 crews to ensure the best customer service experience from prompt estimates to on-time installations. Almost all work is self performed so that we can better control the schedule and quality. Typically we collect a deposit at contract acceptance and the remainder at completion. Payment can be made with credit cards but an additional fee will be charged. Cash and checks are always free.

Electric gates will require a code or remote to open, so you don’t have to worry about young children getting out of the yard or someone breaking onto your property by simply swinging open the gate. But because it needs power to operate, installing an electric gate will be more complex and expensive.

If you don’t have a lot of clearance, a sliding gate can save space. But keep in mind that sliding gates may require more maintenance to keep in operating condition, and swinging gates are often less expensive.
