The experience was good. We called him because some of our trees were not looking so good. He came, looked at them and told us what to do. He said he could do it, but we could certainly buy it cheaper at a local hardware store on our own and do it ourselves. The trees were lacking iron and acidity, I think. He did not charge us for diagnosing our problem.

Overall it was a great experience. The guys showed up when they said they would and they were very professional. Bill came out and and gave us an estimate for the work. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

I spoke with Bill regarding an estimate and he was at my house in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable.He looked at the scope of the work we wanted performed and emailed me a proposal the next day.When it came time to get the work done, they were here on time and worked extremely hard in the sweltering heat of the day. The operation was very organized and well-executed. We were very happy with the quality of the service performed and would ecstatically recommend this company to anyone who is tired of all of the unprofessional tree companies we have here in Casper.I really wish I had called them first and avoided the runaround with the first three companies. I will be using these guys from now on.

We had received several bids for the work; he gave his bid and stuck to it. He is excellent. He is very responsive. Quality of work is excellent.
