He served in the US Army and completed an extended 15 month combat tour in Iraq in 2003 and 2004. "Had issues with them wanting to come over late in The evening to set up but did not show. Had a problem that they said they would be back in a couple of hours after the drywall mud dried (around noon) but did not come back until after 6 p.m. They had to get a truck fixed and decided to do that while waiting without telling me they would not be back. Also, they smoked on the premise (outside) and left a couple of cigarette butts in the driveway. I needed to be clear before hiring that I expect a smoke-free workplace and absolutely no cigarette butts left. Maybe because I used to do service work and had strict standards about communication and timeliness, and never would smoke on customer property I have high expectations beyond getting the job done. Not the cheapest in town but the work was in line with their price."

"Jim took the money for the fence installment up front and completely left us hanging. Continued to call and text for updates on the fencing progress and there was absolutely no response. It?s like he took the money and ran. First off, you should never be paying a contractor up front for the labor costs when nothing has happened. That is a conversation for after the work is completed. He brought the fencing and left it right in the middle of the driveway, blocking the cars from getting out, and never showed back up to do any work. He was paid for a job he never even started and completely fell off the face of the planet. How rude to be taking advantage paying customers, taking there money, and leaving without a trace before the real work even started. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!!!! TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!!!"
